Very beautiful ❤️ traditional and modern look definitely recommend for solo or couple stay staff is very kind n helpful

+ this hotel 01 station only from Kyoto Station, using metro and stop at Koji Station , and then walking about 15minutes to the hotel + The easy way to reach this hotel is using bus, and stop at Kujo Omiya. Many bus have direct route to Gion, and other tourist spot (about 30 minutes riding). Please take a notes, this hotel is not in tourist area, very quiet and you will meet with many local people here. + this hotel have a concierge and standby staff, so you can keep the luggage before checkin. + this hotel is very new, i think maybe open early 2026, when we proceed for the check in, the hotel staff gave us some welcoming gift, and we can saw many flowers buoquet there. And the good news, yes they have an elevator, so no issue for thise who bring big luggage + Room very clean and tidy. We book for 03 persons, and they prepare room with 04 twin beds (separate 02 rooms). Inside room have bathtub, laundry, kitchen + equipment, and 01 dining table. + I think maybe this is the best hotel we stay at Japan. Very modern, all brand new, many USB port inside the room, wifi connection is strong, really quiet and really convenient for stay + around 05 minutes walking, you will find japanese ramen noodle resto, and also local mini market. - a little bit troublesome for communicate with the hotel staff, because when we want to make sure about Yamato Delivery Service to this hotel, it was so hard to reach to hotel staff throung phone / email. When we asking to the hotel staff about this, they said they not receiving any chat from the trip.com / ******* platform. I dont know where is the issue, maybe because this hotel very new or they are not ready yet for the online communication Please take a notes that you have to pay kyoto city tax. We stay for 02 night, and we pay JPY 1.600 total Overall it was a nice stay, and definitely really recomend this hotel for stay at Kyoto.

楽天STAY京都での滞在は本当に素晴らしいものでした。部屋は清潔で広々としており、快適に過ごすために必要なものがすべて揃っていました。公共交通機関や観光スポットへのアクセスも便利で、ロケーションも良かったです。チェックインもスムーズで手間がかかりませんでした。京都を訪れる際には、ぜひまたここに泊まりたいと思います。

Crush on Kyotoは、ショッピングモール、飲食店、地下鉄に近いという素晴らしい立地です。Googleで検索すればすぐにわかるので、ここではあまり詳しくは書きませんが、部屋の使い勝手について触れたいと思います。 部屋は思ったほど広くはありませんが、それでも十分です。24インチのスーツケースを部屋の隅に平置きして広げることができました。通路を少し塞いでしまいますが、日本の多くのホテルと比べると、広さは悪くありません。私たちの部屋はエレベーターの隣で京都タワー側でしたが、低層階だったので景色は見えませんでした。建物の設計上、1フロアに3部屋しかなく、寺に面した部屋と裏通りに面した部屋があり、その間に階段とエレベーターがあります。 アメニティはトイレットペーパーの予備ロールとティッシュの箱1つなど、十分に揃っていました。部屋の清掃は2日に1回で、シーツの交換はありません。2名宿泊の場合、小さなタオルと大きなタオルがそれぞれ1枚ずつ、さらにバスローブが用意されています。スマートテレビでは、NetflixやDisney+などの有料ストリーミングサービスにキャストできます。バスルームは広々として水圧も強く、スマートトイレシートも備え付けられています。清潔で埃っぽさもなく、トイレも汚れ一つなく、ピカピカでした。 唯一の欠点は、障子に小さな穴が2つ開いていたことです。誤解を避けるために、事前に写真を撮ってフロントに伝えました。 スタッフは本当に親切でした。英語も流暢に話し、理解力も高く、いつも温かく迎えてくれ、心から快適な滞在をさせてくれます。あるスタッフは、荷物は自分で取りに行くと言っていたにもかかわらず、わざわざ部屋まで運んでくれました。 全体的に、素晴らしいサービスと素晴らしいロケーションで、快適な滞在でした。

Ctripでの最初のレビューなので、ちゃんとしたレビューを書くべきだと思いました。 子供2人を含む4人家族にとって、京都で見つけたダブルベッドのゲストハウスの中で一番安かったです。写真では高級感は感じられませんでしたが、設備はモダンで清潔感があり、整頓されていました。ホストにはぜひ新しい写真を撮ってほしいです。シャワーのお湯とキッチンの設備は素晴らしかったです。近くにバス停が2つあり、ほぼ徒歩圏内なので、奈良や宇治に行くのにとても便利です。コンビニエンスストアに加え、徒歩圏内にライフスーパーマーケットがあるので、ゲストハウスに戻ってから調理するための食材を買うことができます。ダブルベッドが1つと二段ベッドが1つずつあり、ベッドの下にはスーツケースを広げて快適に動けるスペースがあります。 欠点は、シンクがないので、洗顔、歯磨き、手洗いはキッチンのシンクを使わなければならないこと、そしてダイニングチェアが少し残念なことです。

駅から徒歩10分圏内、まっすぐな道だからそんな辛くないです。 ホテルは本当に綺麗で、文句なし。洋室なのに京都らしく和風な部屋で素敵でした。 シャワールームは狭いけど、清潔だし、ささっと浴びたし問題なかったです。 アメニティがすごい。いいシャンプーにも出会えたし、コンタクトのケースと洗浄液があるのがすごくありがたい。雪肌精のクレンジング、洗顔、化粧水、乳液も一回きりのパックであって、なにも持っていく必要なかったです。 雨だったので、貸し出しの傘があるものありがたかったです。 チェックイン前に荷物は預けられるので朝早く行ったら、その場ですぐチェックインできて、時間になったら部屋に荷物を置いといてくれました！！ 車で10分くらいのところに美味しいすき焼き屋さんもあって、どこにいくにも行きやすくて大変満足です。

Great location that's within walking distance to Fushimi Inari Taisha and multiple stations. There's a konbini and a lovely bakery next door called ”Boo” that has the most amazing bread and pastries. The location is not a full serviced hotel. You cannot use Yamato to forward your luggage here UNLESS you are present during the delivery window to receive your luggage. There is also no room service or cleaning. Our room is a Western style room with 2 full sized beds. The blinds and windows were a bit dirty. The futon couch didn't come with a cover or sheets so it cannot be used as a bed. It was also very filty and stained. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely stand inside. When seated at the toilet, my knees touched the wall and I'm a short and only 155cm tall. The shower tub was equally tiny. Please beware if you're a taller person. It is very uncomfortable. Our faucet was also constantly leaking. We tried to add the host on WhatsApp (no profile found) to inform them but was unable to get ahold of them. The facilities had a kitchnette on the top floor and washing machines as well. They provide detergent. However, in order to fully dry our laundry, we had to hang the clothes on the hangers in the room and there wasn't enough hangers to accomodate all of our clothes. The walls, floors, and ceilings are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and walking. It's a good no frills stay but be warned that it's not the most luxurious or quiet.

We had a truly special experience at Farmhouse NaNa, and it is largely thanks to our host Nobu-san. From the moment we arrived, he made our family feel genuinely welcomed, not like guests at a hotel, but like friends visiting a home. Nobu-san went far above and beyond in every way. He drove us to the nearby Louisiana Mama restaurant for dinner, where we enjoyed a fantastic Italian buffet. The caprese pizza in particular tasted like the ingredients had come straight from a local garden, fresh and memorable. Nobu-san was there to pick us up moments after we texted him after our meal. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone's control, we were unfortunately unable to stay the night or enjoy breakfast the following morning. Even so, Nobu-san responded with extraordinary kindness, making sure our family was taken care of and he personally drove us way out of his way to where we needed to go. That kind of hospitality cannot be taught. It comes from genuine generosity of character. We left Farmhouse NaNa with warm hearts and real gratitude. The setting is beautiful, the home is full of character, and Nobu-san and his very seeet daughter are the kind of hosts who make you feel that Japan is not just a place to visit but a place where genuine human connection is still very much alive. We are so glad we came!
