お部屋をアップグレードしてもらえました！快適な滞在をありがとうございました。駐車場も無料なのはクアラルンプールでは珍しいですね。お部屋は広々としていて、バスルームも広く、ベッドもとても快適でした。30階に泊まったのですが、景色も素晴らしかったです。ダマンサラにある新しいAirbnbです。また必ず利用します！

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

以前仕事でここに宿泊し、今回また家族で宿泊しました。一番小さい部屋を予約しましたが、私たちには十分広かったです。アパートメントスタイルなので、アメニティや設備も充実していました。正直、部屋の広さと設備を考えると、価格も悪くありません！このエリアは、ホテル直結のショッピングモールや美味しいレストランがたくさんあるので、いつも泊まりに来ます。ブキ・ビンタンやKLCC以外にも色々な場所を訪れたいクアラルンプール滞在の方には、このエリアをおすすめします :)

唯一の大きな欠点は立地です。周辺を歩き回るのが少し大変です。 また、駐車料金は毎回支払う必要があります。 女性専用駐車場がないのはなぜなのか理解できません。 とはいえ、料金に見合う価値はあります。 部屋はとても広く、必要な基本的なアメニティはすべて揃っています。 ピーク時以外であれば、エレベーターの速度は問題ありません。 T

アパートメントタイプの複合施設です。このような宿泊施設に短期滞在するのは初めてでしたが、清潔さとメンテナンスの行き届いた設備に驚きました。よく整備されていると思います。唯一の問題は、私が宿泊したスタジオルームに少し古臭い匂いがしたことです。空気清浄機があれば改善されるかもしれませんが、料金を考えると許容範囲内です。換気が悪く、事前に少し調理されていたのかもしれません。アパートメントには洗濯機があり、洗剤も用意されていたので助かりました。とても価値のある滞在で、またぜひ泊まりたいです。ただし、チェックアウト時には、清掃員が点検してから現金で返金してもらうため、事前に連絡する必要があります。特に外国人旅行者向けには、この点をもっと明確にしてもらえると良いでしょう。WhatsAppでの問い合わせも非常に迅速に対応してくれたので、全体的には良い対応でした。これからも良い滞在を続けていただきたいです。

環境が美しく、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、駐車場が非常に分かりにくかったです。ナビに従って駐車場まで行きましたが、地下で電波が入らず、しばらくうろうろしてから人に道を聞くことになりました。ホテルの設備は素晴らしく、価格も手頃で、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。階下にはコンビニもあり、家族みんな部屋に大満足でした。環境もホテルの写真と全く同じで、👍です。

素敵な価格で清潔で良い場所。次回はまたここに滞在します。

部屋は広々として清潔で、とても快適でした。エアコンはちょうど良い冷房で、料金もとてもお手頃でした。まるで自分の家にいるような気分になれるので、ここに泊まるのが大好きです。キッチンもあるので、とても便利です！階下にお店があるので、必要なものはいつでも簡単に手に入ります。 ただ、管理会社にはOKUの駐車場をもっとしっかり管理してもらいたいです。障害のある息子と一緒に旅行したのですが、OKU以外の車が駐車されていることもありました。それ以外は、滞在にとても満足しており、また必ず利用したいと思います！

The host is not responsive at first. I started contacting him 3 days before arrival. i didnot receive even an email for check-in instructions. I booked the property more than a month before our travel… only when we arrived in the place that I found out that the number posted on the site is not theirs and the reply email from the email booking confirmation that i received from trip.com does not go to the correct host… During this time, I travelled with my 2 kids for the ice skating competition and we brought lots of big luggages for their costume snd props… Our flight is so early so we were unable to get enough sleep and we’re so tired… This is very stressful to all of us… then i just decided to bring the kids to sunway lagoon theme park while waiting for the reply from the host and the trip.com. i finally got an update from trip.com and the host at around 1pm. but since we were already in the theme park, we were able to check in at around 7pm. Anyway, trip.com gave me 3000 points for compensation for the hassle… The amenities are complete and the room was huge with 2 sofa beds, 1 queen size bed, a study table and chair, dining table and kitchen, which are basically my preference so i can cook for the kids. The toilet has bath tub but it doesn’t have cover so the kids were not able to use it. also, there is some smell going out from the drainage of the toilet, so i bought an air freshener. When i got the correct contact number of the host, i realized that he is actually responsive. I requested a clean up room on the third day, and he answered right away… although the cleaner came later in the afternoon, around 5 to 6pm (not on the scheduled time of 11am to 3pm). The property is connected to the mall, where the rink is located. So it is very convenient to us. Overall, i can rate this property as very good based on our needs during this time… and i will certainly come back and recommend this to friends. posted pictures were taken before we checked-out. thats why it’s so messy

このアパートメントホテルに再滞在しましたが、やはり完璧な体験でした。部屋の設備は非常に充実しており、キッチンの焦げ付き防止フライパンから冷蔵庫、洗濯機、テレビまで全て揃っていて、日常生活や簡単な料理のニーズに完全に答えてくれます。何か小さな問題があっても、店主はすぐにS対応して解決してくれるので、サービスの対応速度が速く、安心して滞在できます。 周辺の生活の利便性もさらに良い点です。ショッピングモールがすぐ下にあり、スーパーマーケット、飲食、ショッピングがワンストップで完結し、食材の購入やお店巡りも遠くまで行く必要がありません。ピラミッドへはタクシーで数ドルで行けますし、学校からも近いので、通勤や外出にも非常に便利です。全体的に清潔で整頓されており、コストパフォーマンスが非常に高く、現地での短期滞在にも長期滞在にも最適な選択です。必要な方には心からお勧めします。
