The place was perfect. It was comfortable, convenient, and cozy. The AC works well, they have hot showers, and basically everything you need in the kitchen. It was so comfortable that we ended up not checking their pool haha, will definitely visit the place again. Thank you!

午後2時前に着いても、ホテルには入れてくれません。早めに着いたので3回入ろうとしましたが、チェックイン時間に厳しかったです。ショッピングモールや他の観光地に近いので立地は良いです。カスタマーサービスは改善する必要があります。子供たちはホテルの投稿で見たプールを楽しみにしていましたが、泳ぎに行こうとプールの場所を尋ねると、利用できない、メンテナンス中だと言われました。プールは普通に見えたので、使わせたくなかったのかどうかは分かりません。子供たちはがっかりしていました。もう一度チェックインするかどうか？サービスが改善されれば、たぶん。設備やアメニティも維持する必要がありますね。

KapitanThe property is near SM Lanang and currently has ongoing construction. In the hallways, remnants of damage from a previous earthquake are still visible. However, the view from the 16th floor was amazing. The condo was small but clean and well-presented.
Unfortunately, there was no hot water for showering. Would I stay here again? Probably not, mainly because of the lack of hot water. I would prefer to stay in a hotel next time. However, if hot water becomes available, I might consider booking again.

ゲストI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing.

To start off, i never stayed there because i booked through trip.com, and when i arrived, there were no roooms available. After a long wait in the lobby, the owner came and drove us to another location that they owned and gave us a room there. The room was decent, but the ac was barely adequate, and it was a downgrade from what i had booked and paid for. They said we may have to move rooms again in the morning, so i opted to just book another hotel for the remainder of the trip.

ゲストこのコンドミニアムで素晴らしい滞在ができました!ユニットはとても快適で居心地が良く、ショップに近いです。設備は素晴らしく、場所は便利でした。私たちは本当に滞在を楽しんだし、全体的にとても快適に感じました。
