ポーランドポモージェ県のアパートメント

I’ve booked a stuidio last minute for my mother, who had to stay an extra night in Gdansk. This a new apartment complex so everything is extremely clean, no issues with room amenities, and on top of that - excellent service. There was a small hiccup at first, the room assigned to her hadn't been cleaned yet. But within a few minute, a staff member there (sorry, didn't catch the name, but she was a young lady with brown hair) helped find a new room and upgraded her at no additional cost. She was extremely apologetic about the mix-up. These things can happen, and the real value is in how they're handled. In this case, it's 5/5 - we’ve had worse experiences in 4-star hotels that are far more expensive as well. Thank you for the excellent service and for being so helpful, we will definitely stay here again!

Prettige ontvangst bij inchecken. Bezienswaardigheden alles op korte loopafstand. Restaurants om de hoek. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt ruim assortiment, heerlijke koffie.

午前9時ごろにホテルに行ってチェックインしましたが、前夜は誰もチェックインしていない可能性があるため、カウンターの兄弟は私たちに早く部屋に入るように頼みました(あなたはそれを見つけることができません、不合理に尋ねないでください)チェックイン時にホテルの外観を送りましたマグネット😍タオルのミルクキャンディーはとても美味しいです ホテルはアンバーストリートの外にあるセントメアリー教会の隣にあり、プレゼントとして購入できるアクセサリーがたくさんあります。徒歩5-10分は広場エリアで、川からそう遠くないところに多くのレストランやバーがあります。徒歩3分で、様な生活必需品を購入できるロスマン(ドラッグストア+スーパーなど)があります。 Gdask Gowny駅から徒歩20分、タクシーで10-15PLN、ホテルからUberまたはBoltと呼ばれる他の場所に行くには、ピックアップポイントを設定するために外に行かなければなりません。 個人的な全体的な宿泊体験はとても良いですが、ホテルにはエレベーターがないと高齢者に適していないかもしれません。

this is my second trip to Gdynia and this is also my second time booking square apartment for the location and the kitchenette facilities within the apartment. The service staffs are helpful and was able to assist with my request when the hose to the shower broke and they manage to rectify it despite some communication errors with one of their staffs.  The location is convenient located, as it is near to the marina and the places of interest such as the maritime museum and the beach and it has great amenities nearby with supermarket within 6 mins walk and there are bakeries and restaurants around. Will book square apartment if I ever need to go back to Gydnia again.

The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of old town~ whether you’re walking to cafes and bars or shopping Centre or sightseeing or the shopping mall~ it’s all nearby. For breakfast, there’s a little restaurant tat serves great quality food. Called Stodko Stone. You’d sometimes hear drunken tourist making a noise so I’d suggest you request a room away from the Main Street. Remember to request all passwords to be sent to you asap in case when booking these apartment stays.

お勧めです、ホテルまでタクシーで10分、そこから美術館まで歩いて行けます。設備も環境もとても良いです。広い庭を通って部屋に着きます。部屋は比較的広いです。ホテルのフロントではワインと小さなケーキをご用意しており、SPA.やマッサージもご利用いただけます。 サービスはとてもよかったです。うっかりカップを割ってしまったのですが、お金を払うつもりだったのですが、フロントは大丈夫と言ってくれました。その後、スーツケースの角が壊れてしまったので、前の店からスーツケースを持ってきて、無料で譲ってくれると言ったのですが、それでも断ったところ、テープを探すのを手伝ってくれました。次回ここに来るときはまたここに泊まります

施設は非常に新しく美しく、歴史地区にも徒歩圏内です。チェックインは入口のキオスクで自動で行われるので、とても簡単です。部屋は快適で清潔で、小さな簡易キッチンが付いています。簡易キッチンには調理器具はあまりありませんが、必要なものは揃っています。ベッドはとても快適ですが、唯一の難点は、アルコーブが少し狭く、ベッドサイドテーブルがないことです。枕は私の好みより少し柔らかすぎました。全体的に、滞在はとても快適でした。

Het FAMA hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie in ”The Old Town” van Gdansk. Je bent omgeven met restaurants en bars in het prachtig herstelde centrum. Het restaurant van het FAMA hotel serveert een geweldig divers ontbijt, dat is echt top of the bill!

We got a much worse room than it looked in the pictures. It was one apartment converted into two smaller ones, with very thin walls. This unfortunately worsened the overall impression of these apartments :(
