The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and they were kind enough to give me a free upgrade. I was very surprised by how big the room was, I felt like I was staying in a large apartment and there was even a washing machine. The hotel was very clean and peaceful and I would be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend

Simple hotel in Trabzon but the service was great and the people who worked there are very kind. Location is a bit awkward but still centrally located. Good for a basic stay

The room was quite spacious.and clean. Parking was available and we could easily walk to the lake that was at a distance of about 1.2 Km  Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

ホテルのアパートは素晴らしいです。すべてを洗った。眺めの良い2つの部屋。観光都市は1日かかりました。市場とフォーラム(大型ショッピングセンター)にスムーズに参入するメイダン(メイン広場)があります。マドンナでは、彼は公式よりもドルを交換するのに優れており、マクドナルドの近くには大きなトレーダーがいます。 窓の外の景色はとても良く、鳥は歌います。誰が料理をする必要があるのか、中にやるべきことがたくさんあります。 WiFiは十分に速く、私の部屋の瞬間に60MB/sが表示されます

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast was very basic with same type of food everyday.

كانت الاقامة في المكان جميلة جدا لانه كل شي قريب منك  البحيرة تقريبا 600 متر والمحلات كلها  المسجد جدا قريب من المكان ومقابله بقالة  انصح بهذا المكان وبشدة  ناهيك عن حسن اخلاق الشاب السوري احمد 👍
