The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog. Safe and secure. Amenities include: 60" HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and many DVDs. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup remover. Hair dryer and curler. I have toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, washer and dryer supplies. Bedding, blankets, pillows, and hangers. Ironing board and iron. My space would work well for a visiting nurse, an adjunct professor or business person who needs a place a couple evenings a week. Or, if you are just passing through, it is a nice space to relax before taking off on the next leg of your journey.I would entertain a conversation about long-term stays depending on length.
