イギリスシュロップシャーで、バーのあるホテル

部屋と夕食を予約しました。チェックインは簡単で、受付係はプロフェッショナルでした。朝食の時間と部屋がどこにあるかについてアドバイスをしました。 部屋は広としていて、ありがたいことに暑すぎませんでした。バスルームには、ライトがオフになってから約15分間、引き出しファンが付いていました。 ベッドは本当に快適で、柔らかすぎず、羽毛布団は暖かかった。たくさんの枕:) 2本の無料のボトル入り飲料水とポッド付きのコーヒーマシンがありました。私はこれを使用しませんでしたが、冷蔵庫の水は高く評価されました。 タオルはきれいで、バスルームのラジエーターは熱かったので、タオルは素晴らしくて暖かかった。 バスルームには無料のトイレタリーがありますが、私は自分のものを持っていたので使用しませんでした。 廊下の照明にはモーションセンサーがあるので、最初に廊下に入ると少し暗くなります。 夕食は私の作業グループと一緒に行われ、結果はさまざまでした。ほとんどの人は楽しんだが、個人的にはそうではなかった。私が手に入れたスープは半分冷たく、ボウルの反対側は暖かかった。きのこストロガノフは味が悪く、リンゴとシナモンクランブルが最もシナモンでした。私は以前ここで食べて楽しんでいましたが、今回は感銘を受けませんでした。それはかなり忙しかったし、スタッフは私たちが大丈夫かどうか、または飲み物が必要かどうか尋ねに来なかったので、スタッフは過労のようでした。 レセプションエリアもバーです。混雑していたので明らかに人気のパブですが、多分彼らはより多くのスタッフを持つべきです、同じ人はチェックイン、ダイナー、バードリンクを扱っているようです。少し混乱しているように見えました。ここの飲み物は素晴らしく、手頃な価格でした。彼らはまた、今日の多くの場所とは異なり、250mlの大きなワインを製造しています。 翌朝の朝食は素晴らしく、おいしいコーヒーと温かい食べ物でした。 チェックアウトは簡単でした、ただあなたのキーカードを返してください。 私は再びここに滞在しますが、夕食を食べないかもしれません!

このホテルは高速道路のすぐそばにあり、見つけるのはかなり簡単でした。到着/チェックイン時に部屋番号を知らせ、キーカードを提示しましたが、情報は提供されませんでした。 (チェックアウト時間、朝食時間、バー/レストランの詳細、プール/フィットネスセンターの詳細。必要な情報を入手するために、レセプションに行き来しなければなりませんでした。幸いなことに、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、簡単にアクセスできました。 部屋は素晴らしく、キング特典ルームでも少し窮屈でした。歩くスペースが少なく、不要な椅子が多すぎます。部屋とバスルームはきれいでした。ミニ冷蔵庫には水とソフトドリンクが無料で素敵に備わっていました。部屋のテレビはスマートテレビで、スクリーンミラーリングを介してNetflixを見ることができました。ベッドは複数の枕オプションで快適でした。部屋の両側にソケットとUSB充電ポイントがあり、複数のデバイスを充電するのに最適です。服を掛けるための鏡と食器棚のスペース。ベッドにきちんと置かれた素敵なガウンとスリッパ。 滞在中、プール施設を何度も訪れました。中くらいの大きさでした。独立したジャグジーとスチームルーム、サウナがあります。プールの水はいい温度で、少し暖かく、本当に気持ちが良かったです。プールエリアの照明は貧弱で、かなり薄暗いです。変更エリアのロッカーには、外出していないことを知らなかったので、南京錠が必要です。プールサイドには椅子があり、物を出すことができました。 ダイニングルームは素敵にレイアウトされ、移動するのに十分なスペースがありました。朝食には、リクエストに応じてベジタリアンオプションを含む複数のオプションがありました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。 全体的に快適な滞在。それをお勧めします。

I received good service from the reception when checking in, ideally wanted a walk-in shower but no room was available. Matthew however managed to find us the perfect room after a lot of juggling so was well pleased. Fortunately, the new room was in a cooler part of the hotel than the original one which was full on sun and since there is no air conditioning would have roasted even with a desk fan which is provided in every room. Breakfast was disappointing since the serving plates are cold and although the selection was reasonable for those who prefer the standard English breakfast there is no facility to order poached eggs, vegetarian sausages, porridge etc, you had to have what was presented. The continental side was ok although limited at times. Found the general service in the hotel was very good and friendly when speaking to the receptionist and staff members. Room service was ok but felt the laminated flooring in the room needs a good clean looking at the state of the bottom of my slippers when packing them away.

Room is nice and clean. Location is great, just next to the main road. Carpark is not free, charges £5 if not booking the room through their website. Rmb not to buy their breakfast, it’s just breakfast boxes that can be bought cheaper at the hotel. It is also convenient to just have breakfast at restaurants next to the hotel. There’s no lift, so need to take luggage upstairs.

Brilliant hotel right in the town centre, easy to find just off the motorway. The swimming pool was lovely and warm with good showers and lockers. The breakfast was superb with as much as you can eat. The view from our lovely with green grass and trees. We would love to come back.

The hotel is a little tired and in need of refurbishment in places. The staff were very friendly, especially considering they were having to work on NYE! The room was warm, the bedding/towels were clean and breakfast was good. We couldn’t connect to WiFi during our stay until we were in the car park ready to leave

シュリューズベリースクールスピーチデーとレバレッジボールを予約したので、町全体が満室でした。ありがたいことに、私のお気に入りの地元のホテルに利用可能なスイートがありました。私たちは3人用の部屋が必要で、ホテルのスタッフは私たちのニーズを収容するのに非常に役立ちました。家族所有で、ケアの文化が広範囲に広がっています。スタッフがイエスと言うのが好きなホテルです。ホテル自体の特徴は言うまでもありません。12 世紀、15 世紀、17 世紀の建築が混在し、ブロックを覆う精巧な迷路を形成しています。マシューズ一家は、真に 5 つ星ホテルの体験を作り出しました。午前1時に一度チェックインしたとき、ナイトウォッチマンからシェリーのグラスも提供されました。私はこのホテルを十分にお勧めできません。

This is a lovely place, we stayed in the ‘cottage’ which was more like an annexe building and it had two rooms of which we occupied one. The room was good, we enjoyed breakfast in the dining room and the breakfast menu had a lot of choice too which was great. There were options for a full English style breakfast, but also options for cereals and fruits etc. We decided to try dinner at the hotel one evening and we were extremely happy with our choice. The food was excellent quality and very enjoyable. The hotel is a short walk into the centre, very close to the castle which is worth a visit and you can see the castle from the road you walk on from the hotel to the city.

Leider habe ich im Kenthall Milbenbisse erfahren in der ersten Nacht. Eine Entschaedigung gab es nicht. Ich musste in die naechste Stufe im main Hall upgraden gebuehrenpflichtig um das Problem nicht mehr zu haben. Das Management ist mir da nicht entgegen gekommen, obwohl die Milbenbisse offensichtlich zu sehen waren auf meinem Ruecken und arm. Sauberkeit von Kenthall muss ich leider schlecht damit bewerten. Im neuen Raum in der Main Hall habe ich ein unglaubliches Zimmer bekommen mit Bad, Buegeleisen und einen unfassbaren Blick in den Garten. Der upgrade hatte sich gelohnt. Was ich nicht gut fand war , dass die lampen im begehbaren Kleiderschrank alle vom Akku leer waren, und keiner die Batterien austauschte. Auch gab es keine Klimaanlage. Ich wuerde nochmal kommen. Die Bettläuse und Milben in der Kenthall wuerde ich mehr begruessen wollen. Ich warte uebrigens immer noch auf die Rechnung fuer den upgrade.

I needed a hotel near the Telford International Centre and this was the closest based on cost.  The connected restaurant was really good and there were shops close by such as Asda Express, Burger King, Greggs and Subway at the petrol station next door.  The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee and clean towels.  The only toiletries in the bathroom was shower cream/shampoo and hand wash.  If you need hair conditioner, bring your own.  Also, there were no tissues provided.  But the room itself was clean with extra pillows provided if needed.  The aircon was also a godsend in this current heatwave!
