匿匿名ユーザーWe recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered!
Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!
Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.
Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

JJessicaO hotel é bem localizado, perto de tudo e principalmente da praia. O atendimento é excelente, o quarto é perfeito,. Só deixo minha crítica quanto ao estacionamento que é um pouco confuso e apertado e o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções.

ゲゲストHostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

MMarlon SilvestreO quarto não foi arrumado de um dia para outro. Além disso, achei um pouco barulhento, pois havia uma folga no vidro, o que fazia que o som da rua fosse relativamente alto dentro do quarto. No mais é um hotel razoavelmente bom.

匿匿名ユーザーホテルは高速道路に近いので、私の部屋は高速道路に近い側にあるので、外の騒音は非常に大きく、通常の休息に影響を与えます。ホテルの環境条件は平均的で、ヘアドライヤーは使用できません基本的な宿泊施設の要件を満たすことができます、さらに重要なことに、1,000泊以上のホテルはサービスを享受しませんでした、私は次回また来ることを選択しないかもしれません
