特別好的一家温泉酒店，位置很好，就在湖泉酒生態園，出門就有賣水果的一條小巷子，吃喝都很方便，室內有獨立的温泉泡池特別方便。樓上公共區域還有可以看風景的泡池，還可以喝喝茶。特別好。服務特別熱情，還給升級了房間。吃到了他家的免費冰棍兒，荔枝味兒的特別好吃😋

Hotel was conveniently located - not too far from the vehicle drop off point but also along the main street of the town. Room provided was with twin beds instead of queen bed as this allowed for earlier check in. Room generally comfortable though could have been improved with heating and clothes hangers in the toilet (combined shower and bathroom areas). Clothes hanger in the room was a little high - a struggle for those not as tall. Staff were friendly - provided afternoon tea with extra portion and also warm milk at night. However, there was a prolonged period of a loud disturbance at 4am in the morning with no staff intervention and this disrupted the peace of the hotel. Check out was easy with staff facilitating the movement of the luggage to the pickup point.

Big and clean rooms. Good value. This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside. We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed. Shower jets were strong and good. Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town. Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings. They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels. Service staff were friendly and very helpful. Great stay overall.

フロントでのチェックインの温かく思いやりのあるものから、ルームサービスの応答速度まで、ヒルトンブランドのプロフェッショナルなレベルを反映しています。インライン電話で需要を提示するたびに、相手は常に非常に短い時間で対応し、迅速かつ効果的に問題を解決することができます。ホテルの公共エリアでは、スタッフはいつも笑顔で挨拶します。 しかし、ホテルのハードウェア設備は確かに古い痕跡を示しています。室内の装飾や家具は手入れが行き届いているが、使用に数年が経ち、細部がやや古く、国内のいくつかの新しく建てられた高級ホテルと比べると、現代性や斬新さに欠けていることがわかります。バスルームのハードウェアの一部も少しまだらで、カーペットのテクスチャも年月の沈殿をかすかに見ることができます。トレンディなデザインに慣れているゲストにとって、この「クラシック」スタイルに適応するのに時間がかかるかもしれません。 しかし、私が最も驚いたのは、ホテルの朝食で、中華風の小籠包、お粥から洋風のパン、ソーセージまで、バラエティに富んでいて質の高い選択肢がありました。特に、レストランには雲南の地元の食材や風味もたくさん取り入れられており、早朝に本場のおいしい味を味わうことができます。新鮮な果物、絶妙なデザート、まろやかなコーヒーはすべて、一日の旅にエネルギーを注ぎ込みます。朝食の優れたパフォーマンスは、ハードウェア設備のいくつかの後悔を大きく補っていると言えます。

Great, breakfast and we have been granted a late check out. The room was upgraded. Lake visible from the balcony which is large and confortable.

Up-scale Chinese-style hotel in beautiful grounds by the lake. The rooms in Building A are large and new but with some old-fashioned charm. The building itself has a slightly strange lay-out that somehow lacks warmth or character with most rooms facing inwards overlooking internal fish ponds . Breakfast is decent but no Western options. Not enough hot springs to get away from the crowds, even on a wet Monday.

偶然選到的寶藏民宿，氛圍特別治癒。裝修風格很合心意，處處都透着用心。住在這裏安靜又愜意，彷彿回到家裡一般自在。老闆人也很好 很隨和 原本住一天 後面在這裏住了一週 體驗感滿分，真心推薦給大家～

I came here during the off season, so my review reflects that. This was a very affordable stay in a very quiet building. There were lots of restaurants open downstairs and nearby with good prices. The room was comfortable and the view I had of the lake was great. I believe the previous comments about the lift are only relevant to the high season - in January I had no wait at all. The staff were also great and very welcoming.

We choose sea view room and can walk to the lake at night. Location is quite far from city. Since we want sea view we stay at this hotel.
