Josie and Paul are very nice friendly hosts, we arrived early and they let us park our car up while the room was being prepared. We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room which was very clean and tidy with a tv, coffee stand and fresh towels, the bed was so comfortable and clean. also the guest house was quiet and well lit when you arrive back late at night .
A really nice area and it's only a short walk to all the attractions and seafront from the b&b. We didn't have breakfast but it did look amazing. We recommend this guest house 100%
The room and hotel are quite tired and in need of some updating. That said, the location is excellent — just a two-minute walk from the beach. Unfortunately, the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve experienced, and the restaurant service was virtually non-existent. The hotel seems to cater mostly to coach tour groups. On a positive note, there was an evening singer who was well received by guests, which was a nice touch.
Northgale, the best and warmest in Skegness.
“Tea or coffee,” was the owner’s first greeting when we met. Then she patiently showed me the rooms and let me make my choice. Then I got welcome wine. It’s too sweet, and I sleep very well. I really love it.
It’s hard to say goodbye to the owner's family. I loved their kindness and warmth. They offer the best price with the best service. Come and try; you’ll agree with me.
