Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Continental per una notte il 16 agosto e ho trovato la mia esperienza mista. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, ho notato alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione. Posizione e servizi: La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente un punto a favore, essendo direttamente sul mare e dotato di una grande piscina. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un inconveniente riguardo al servizio in spiaggia. Non mi era stato comunicato che era disponibile solo fino alle 12:00 del giorno seguente. Questo dettaglio è stato svelato dalla bagnina, che mi ha informato che avrei dovuto pagare per una mezza giornata se avessi voluto rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 16:00, quando ho dovuto lasciare la struttura. Camera e pulizia: La camera era piuttosto piccola e ho notato che i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi, il che non ha contribuito a una buona impressione al mio arrivo. Colazione: La colazione era nella media e, sebbene non avessi molte alternative disponibili, l'ho trovata abbastanza buona per iniziare la giornata. Prezzo: Infine, il prezzo che ho pagato per una sola notte mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti, soprattutto considerando che stavo cercando un soggiorno più accessibile. In conclusione, l’Hotel Continental ha un buon potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma ci sono aspetti che necessitano di miglioramenti significativi per giustificare il prezzo e le aspettative di un hotel a 4 stelle. Spero che la gestione prenda in considerazione questi suggerimenti per offrire un'esperienza migliore in futuro.

Spent six days at Hotel Fabricia and had a great stay overall. The staff are extremely friendly, professional and genuinely make an effort — you can really feel it. The hotel is reasonably priced and in a very convenient location, close to Portoferraio, with a large and spacious parking area. There’s a seawater swimming pool with plenty of space, a private beach with beautiful sunsets, and a pretty solid breakfast — especially the coffee! The coffee and cocktail bars are also very good. It’s a pet-friendly hotel, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that the sea directly in front of the private beach is quite mediocre by Elba standards, which is a pity. That said, walk just 10 minutes away and you’ll find beautiful, crystal-clear water. The rooms are fine: functional, with a comfortable mattress and very good air conditioning. Overall, a great stay, made particularly enjoyable by the staff and the effort they put into making guests feel welcome. And one surprisingly useful bonus: they accept UnionPay!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön - modern aber nicht unpersönlich - das Personal sehr freundlich und versucht alles hinzubekommen, wenn etwas nicht geklappt hat. Bei uns hat Trip.com die Buchung nicht übermittelt- das Hotel ausgebucht! Unzählige Telefonate später wurde umgehend eine Lösung gesucht und gefunden - perfekt!  Das Essen im Restaurant hervorragend - teuer - aber absolut der Qualität angemessen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder

The hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible by car, with free private parking available. Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. The room was standard and very clean, but nothing special — it is the kind of room you could also find in a three-star hotel. Also, the bathroom had no windows or ventilation system. That said, the shower was excellent. The common areas are well maintained and the pool is very scenic. Unfortunately, the food was the main downside. The restaurant was nothing special and felt overpriced, while the service was also quite forgettable. Breakfast was more in line with a three-star hotel. In most cases, if you want eggs, you have to pay extra. Overall, the value for money is not balanced. At half the price, I would recommend it, but at the current rates I have seen much, much better.

素晴らしい。私はこの場所を十分に賞賛することはできません。妻と私は2-1/2週に中央ヨーロッパを旅行していたので、ここで3日間立ち寄りました。プロパティと部屋は素晴らしかった。少し自分の食べ物を調理するのはとても素敵でした。私たちは提供された木材でグリルを使ってステーキを調理することさえしました...おいしいです。すべてが清潔で快適でした。スタッフはとても親切でした。さらに、ある夜夕日を眺めたビーチまで車で数分しかかかりませんでした...さらに、ブナに乗った他の人は6人しかいません(5月の最初の週)。この場所、町、ホテルはかなり宝石です...素敵なリラックスした時間のために本当に滞在する必要があります。

Hotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. Their breakfast was exceptionally tasty and staff was courteous and kind. One of the best hotel service I received in Italy! Highly recommended!!.

私たちは毎年8月に休日にフォルテディマルミに滞在した良いイタリア人の友人の勧めでホテルを予約したので、ホテルが本当に好きです。特に8月ではなく、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでプールがあるので、お得な料金を得ることができますそしてジャクシはこの素晴らしいホテルのハイライトなので、私の顧客は今日チェックアウトしたくないので、ホテルを出る前に午前中ずっと滞在し、フェアの数日前に彼にそこに滞在するように手配すべきだと言いました。リラックス!!

Очень славный отель! Быстрое заселение. Расположен рядом с бесплатным пляжем. В номере очень уютно, есть все необходимое. Большая ванная. Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца. Лифт, терраса на крыше с чудесным видом на окрестности. Очень разнообразный завтрак, вкусный кофе. Персонал готов помочь с любым вопросом

The room was very clean, although it was a little on the small side. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, but everything was fresh and enjoyable. The highlight was having breakfast on the rooftop terrace, which offered stunning views and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
