Отель отличный, удобное расположение, до океана и набережной 5 минут. Фуд корт внизу на 1 этаже, много разного фастфуда, музыка до 12 ночи, так что спать не мешает. Номера огромные, есть кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, тостер, плита. Уборка каждый день. Приветливый персонал. Спасибо Вам за отличный отдых!

Beautiful hotel, but super small room. I wasn’t expecting the room to be that small after payig so much money. I booked the hotel for 4 nights but had to cancel the other 3 nights because it was very small and couldn’t even open my luggage well, there was just no space.
The room was just ok, just a standard room.

クリスタル ビーチ ホテルは、その周辺にシームレスに浸るユニークな建築デザインを誇っています。広いスペースのクルーズ船のようなものです。部屋はよく設計され、維持されています。スタッフはプロフェッショナルです。
しかし、食べ物はたくさんのものを残します。ホテルは朝食ビュッフェメニューでより良いことができます。最初の朝食を食べると、食事のオプションが異なる日にスパイスが加えられないため、次の日に朝食に行く動機はありません。同じメニューでせいぜい平均です。

Великолепный дом! Большой, просторный, нашей семье было очень комфортно. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хорошая просторная кухня, две спальни, у каждой комнаты свой душ. Красивая территория, терраса. Отличное расположение, собственная парковка. Великолепная отзывчивая хозяйка! Спасибо за ваше гостеприимство, нам было очень комфортно! ♥️

This place is absolutely amazing! If you're planning to take the City Sightseeing bus in Cape Town, you must stay here—there's a stop right in front! The location is spotless, with a stunning ocean view in front and Lion’s Head right behind you.
Personally, the breakfast here was outstanding. It gave me a sense of peace and comfort that even luxury hotels rarely provide. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to stay for over a month!

So good we are staying longer!
Apart from the obvious draw of the fantastic golf course onsite the hotel and spa are a real treasure. Breakfast is to a very high standard. Rooms are spacious but the real bonus is the spa and facilities. Unlike other hotels on the garden route with high costs and limited availability the range of treatments on offer is excellent, staff work hard to fit you in and they are very reasonably priced too.
Reception staff are very helpful and ensure you are aware of all the local walks and things to do.
I’d definitely stay again…. We are already staying longer than originally planned.

ホテルの場所はとても良いです、景色は良いです、部屋のデザインはとてもシンプルで実用的です。
バスルームの洗濯製品も比較的完成度が高いですが、唯一のことは臭いが非常に悪く、すべてのバス製品が焦げた臭いがすることです。短期滞在、利便性の追求を選択できます。

NNEIL-DEVONThis stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information.
Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times.
Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests.
Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you!
The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint.
100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

NNicolaBOur experience at this hotel went above and beyond our wildest expectations! The hotel's exquisite location grants you a balcony view of the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop.
The level of service we received was truly exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the range of amenities provided was more than generous.
The rooms themselves strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. A noteworthy feature that sets this hotel apart is the complimentary mini bar, offering a variety of snacks and drinks – a rare find. What's even more remarkable is that these snacks are not only delicious but also cater to vegan and gluten-free preferences.
Without a doubt, we are already making plans to return to this outstanding establishment in the future.

KKvothe90Had a splendid 2 night stay and wish we could have stayed longer.
The staff made us feel so welcome. They are exceptionally polite and well informed on the surrounding area. We were provided with a map full of helpful suggestions, and a thorough introduction to the lodge and all it's facilities upon check-in.
The lodge is located right next to Hermanus New Harbour and a few steps from the cliff path, which is well worth the walk.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It opens onto a beautiful, well maintained garden area but a few steps from the pool.
Breakfast was fantastic (reccommend the Full English!), and a lovely selection of breads, cereals, fruits, cold meats, yogurts etc at the buffet.
Truly, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again.

匿匿名ユーザーWe had a lovely 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Not luxurious, but certainly very comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the pier if you’re doing diving/boat trips. Right below are restaurants (including a Korean and Chinese one) and a massage parlor. The harbor view from the window is amazing, just as the pictures show. There is also free parking (contrary to what Trip shows) just in front of the hotel. Baboons roam the place and there was one which walked right outside our window. Highly recommend staying here!

CcherrioNicely decorated lodge in safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good but choice is limited and same menu everyday, I stayed for 5 nights so it can get boring. Staffs are friendly and try to be helpful but lack follow ups.
Cleanliness is good but my house keeping opened all my balcony door and toilet windows everyday after cleaning despite the fact that I requested them not to open any of them due to safety in Cape Town as well as bugs kept coming into my room with the wide open balcony and toilet. On the last night the house keeping even left their cleaning towel in my room on my night stand, and tried barging into my room with me being inside in early morning.
Somewhat questionable on the high rating.

Everything carefully and tastefully prepared for our convenience. Manageress Katie is extraordinary and made us feel like family with her home cooked 5-star quality perfect breakfasts. Will most certainly book this venue again whenever I go to beautiful Plettenberg Bay again! Real value for money & super affordable! Special thanks to Brigitte for spoiling me with the Whale room with the most stunning views even when the weather was cold & rainy. SShae80Amazing guesthouse/hotel in a great location, 20mins from the airport, 10mins walk from the beach, super clean and easy to find! Staff were the best, the breakfast each morning was sublime, walking up the tasty smells, and the range on offer was perfect! I was welcomed with a drink and a wet towel, given information about the guesthouse/hotel and about the area, plus shown to the coffee machine which is complimentary, with marshmallows and cream biscuits/cookies! Thank you again, loved the vibe of the place, loved the guesthouse, bed was huge and slept well, enjoyed my stay in Cape Town! Would definitely recommend this place, great home away from home as they say!

SShu-JuneDas Hotel ist in gute Lage, in der Nähe von Hafen und Einkaufzentrum und 6 min Fahr zu die wunderschönes ”The Point.” Unser modernes Zimmer ist sehr gross, 60 cm. auf 2 Etage, mit Blick auf Hafen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und wird in einem schönen Restaurant mit Meerblick serviert. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett. Parking ist gratis.

一人旅としての私の「部屋」は、実際にはコンドミニアム、簡易キッチン付きのリビングルーム、そして2階の寝室でした。
おいしい料理、良いwifi、そして良い会話は、経験をA +にしました。
