Room was small but clean. Parking fee of £2 was ok when compared with other hotels I. The area which charge between £8-12 per night. Will book again next time as price with reasonable when compared with other hotel and especially the high parking fee.

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

We booked at The Ridings for 1 night 29th August. The location is stunning and very quiet surroundings,  however, we were a little disappointed that the Hotel is under going refurbishment and we were not informed.  Upon entering the hotel there was no carpet on the floors and was just bare but the floors were in bad condition and also the ceiling was taken down exposing all the pipework metal tubing and wires.  It just did not give the luxury feel.  In the room it was clean and tidy but the carpet was straw carpet and did not have a nice feel following a shower.  It took an age to figure out how the lights worked in the room.  There was no telephone and the radio was a transistor radio.  We booked bed and breakfast but when we went to the restaurant we were told that we had not paid and as we were not on their list.  I obviously explained that we did pay and they contacted  reception who told them we had paid.  Unfortunately, we felt a little embarrassed as there were other people behind us.  It was not until we read the leaflet inside the room that told us it was under refurbishment.  I do feel this is something that should be pointed out in the very beginning. Overall, the location is amazing, staff friendly, breakfast was good but the hotel i feel let it down.  After all it was cheap for the night.  

The room was clean and comfortably warm throughout our stay, and the stay was excellent value for money. What truly made the experience stand out was the service; every member of the front desk staff we encountered was kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They were genuinely helpful with every request we had. While the location and amenities are fairly basic/average, the exceptional hospitality and cleanliness make this a solid choice for couples looking for a reliable stay.

ハリー・ポッター関連施設が近く、ホテルの目の前にはバス停があって便利でした。隣には食事ができる地元のショッピングモールがあり、裏手には大きなスーパーマーケットもあって良かったです。部屋は比較的清潔で整頓されており、標準的な広さで特に不満はありませんでした。コストパフォーマンスも良く、朝食は一般的なイングリッシュブレックファストでした。

Fantastic stay, very clean & comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Apsley train station directly opposite the hotel, easy direct access to London city centre, lots of amenities, supermarkets & nice pubs nearby. Would definitely recommend & will be staying again for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel in good location just off motorway. Easy reach of London. Plenty of places to get food on site if you don't want to venture further. The staff were the friendliest we meet in a long time and made you feel genuinely welcome. Rooms and bathrooms could do with an upgrade but clean and tidy

Everything was lovely but the staff were not very friendly and we were not informed about the £200 pound deposit we needed to put down or that we would be locked out of our room at 11am Would definitely stay again, but it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more info and customer service

ホテルのスタッフは、予約の参考書とバウチャーを提供し、アーリーチェックインのために15ポンドを要求し、合計51ポンドをアカウントに請求しましたが、予約を見つけることができなかったと言いました。Trip.comで予約し、オンラインでホテルを予約するときに支払いをしたと言い続けましたが。それは前払いの予約でした。ホテルが3月14日に請求書と領収書を送ってくれたのでとてもがっかりしましたが、領収書の残高を手に入れると、3月15日の午後12時にチェックアウトした後のアーリーチェックイン料金は15ポンドのみ請求されます。宿泊料金。3月15日、チェックアウトしていたところ、勤務中の別のスタッフに確認したところ、ホテルは私のカードを請求していないとのことでしたが、代理店のカードは許容範囲でした。残念ながら、私の銀行の明細書で、ホテルはすべてのカードを請求していることがわかりました。そして、彼らは私の質問や私の状況を本当に処理しなかったので、それは本当にがっかりしました。私はTripへの宿泊施設の二重支払いをしました。 ComとPrimier Inn Richmanworth。

5つ星を付けたいところですが、部屋は十分に清潔でしたが、廊下に不快な臭いがありました。サービスエリアは便利なのですが、アメニティまで歩いて行くのは危険です。サービスはまあまあでしたが、予約が外部サイト経由だったため、駐車場は有料だと言われました。
