ゲゲストالموقع و الاستقبال و الغرف وخدمة صف السيارات كل شي كان رائع .. النادي الصحي كل شي له مدخل الجيم له مدخل و المسبح الخارجي مدخل و الداخلي مدخل و السبا مدخل .. الافضل لو يكون مدخل واحد للجميع .. لكن بالاجمال الفندق رائع

SShencaiyiyi✌️部屋はよかったです。半密閉式シャワーのため、シャワーを浴びると水が地面に飛び散ります。朝食レストランのマネージャーはとても親切で熱心で、スタッフ全員が良いサービスを提供しています。ホテルの外の環境は悪く、ホテルに入るにはセキュリティチェックが必要です。

ゲゲストOur stay at this hotel was beyond fantastic! The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, with special thanks to Oulaia for her exceptional service. She not only arranged an early check-in for us but also generously upgraded our room type and ensured our three rooms were on the same floor, making it incredibly convenient for our group.
The hotel boasts a prime location—within walking distance to numerous restaurants and supermarkets, perfect for dining and daily needs. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays.
Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

ゲゲストI had an all round great stay from beginning to end. Daisy and the team at the bar were great and Ali was a very attentive manager along with the rest of his team. The food and drinks were enjoyable, the rooms as are clean and modern. I would highly reccomend the W and I will stay there in the future.

AAbed.haniyahMy stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Amman was fantastic, and I honestly can't say enough about the staff. Everyone, from the housekeeping team to the front desk, was professional and incredibly welcoming. A huge thank you to Thurya at the front desk who was particularly helpful and made our check-in and stay so smooth. The suites are more like luxurious hotel apartments, fully equipped with all the amenities one would need for a long stay, which was a huge convenience. The balcony offered a great view of Amman-it was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The hotel is also very family-friendly, and its location is excellent; we could easily walk to Taj Mall, and the complex downstairs has everything you need, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and a barbershop. The food and beverage options are amazing, especially the coffee in the mornings!

ゲゲストThis is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.
