Hotel is good value with immaculate common area and a great gym. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Style of the room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom - although very clean.

部屋はよかったです。半密閉式シャワーのため、シャワーを浴びると水が地面に飛び散ります。朝食レストランのマネージャーはとても親切で熱心で、スタッフ全員が良いサービスを提供しています。ホテルの外の環境は悪く、ホテルに入るにはセキュリティチェックが必要です。

🍪 “Warm Welcome & Comfort at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman” 🏨 I stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Amman from Wednesday to Thursday, and it was a short but truly pleasant experience. Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.

The on-site facilities, including the pool and garden area, were well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Amman's major attractions and dining options. The staff was always ready with excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. In summary, the Almond Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amman.

ホテルは立地がよく、近くにはカフェやお店が数多くあります。ホテル自体にもレストランとバーがあります。 ペトラとワディラムへの旅行を楽にするために、2泊ずつ滞在し、1回はツインベッドの部屋、もう1回はスーペリアダブルルームを予約しました。スーペリアルームには独立したリビングエリアがあり、ベッドも大きく、シャワーも大きいので、少しお金を出しても価値がありました。どちらの部屋にもミニ冷蔵庫があり、お手頃価格のスナックも用意されていました。 バーが適当な時間に閉まるので部屋が静かになるのはありがたかったですが、ベッドはそれほど快適ではありませんでした。 改善できる点もありますが、寝るだけの場所なので、悪くない滞在だったと思います。
