[Ticket Reservation Guide] All tickets are intended for the person who made the reservation. [Admission Guide]All ticket holders must visit the ticket booth on the day of the event to collect their admission wristbands.Please note that wristbands can only be collected on the day of your scheduled attendance.If you booked 2 or more tickets, the buyer and the companion(s) must visit the ticket booth together.Identity verification will be conducted on the ticket buyer. Admission and ticket usage will be denied if the information does not match.If you and your companion wish to collect wristbands and enter the venue separately, please make separate reservations under your own names.Mobile tickets and identity verification will be checked upon collecting the admission wristband. For a smooth verification process, please update your device’s OS and ticketing app to the latest version.Please bring a valid ID of the ticket buyer (photocopies are accepted) for identity verification.Domestic (Korean) IDs: Resident Registration Card, Driver's License, Passport, Youth ID, Student ID, or a Certificate of Application for Resident Registration Card.Foreigner IDs: Passport, Alien Registration Card (ARC), or a national ID issued by your home country.Admission wristbands must be worn on the wrist individually (1 wristband per person). Entry to specific stages or zones may be restricted for safety reasons if the maximum capacity is exceeded.Different artists will perform across different stages simultaneously. The detailed schedule will be announced later via the timetable.On-site conditions and audience safety may limit seating availability. In such cases, you must watch the performance from the standing area.Saving or reserving seats/spots within the festival venue is strictly prohibited. Please carry your belongings with you when moving. The organizers are not responsible for any lost items.Official photos and videos capturing the artists and the audience will be taken during the festival. These may be used for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you are deemed to have consented to the use of your likeness/portrait rights.Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.
