A very comfortable stay in this newly developed small town near the entrance of 孟克特, surrounded by beautiful snow mountains. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a bigger room.
The facilities were great, including a laundry room and gym room, although they may be located in different blocks. One of the biggest advantages was the hotel’s own restaurant serving good food. Since the town has very limited dining options and 蜜蜂小镇 is about 30 minutes away, having a convenient restaurant in the hotel made the stay much easier.
Overall, a very cozy and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended if you are visiting this area.
Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.
ゲゲストI previously reviewed the Radisson Blu to discuss our wonderful experience here. Due to an illness, we extended our stay even longer. During this time my family member was heped and taken care of by the hotel staff, who continued to be incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. Meanwhile, Akbar had taken us on a tour of Pamir plateau and Taskurgan, showing us amazing sights and natural wonders. He continued to be incredibly kind and generous and we are truly grateful for his help.
SSharonSiaI am very happy that I chose this hotel. I highly recommend it — I spent three wonderful days here. From helping me arrange transportation from the train station to the hotel, the staff were very kind and friendly. Thank you to the warm and attentive Xiao Mu 小木 Hotel for the pick-up and drop-off. There were also activities available, such as cow milking, hiking, and more. I especially recommend the horseback riding tour. Riding up into the mountains offers a unique view of Sayram Lake, and the scenery throughout the experience is absolutely beautiful. The horseback riding instructor, “Kenlide肯里得”, was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient. I am also very grateful to “Bieke别克”for his warm and selfless sharing of the local culture. And Uncle Sha沙叔叔, who was also kind and friendly, recommended some great places to visit. I also want to thank the service staff who helped arrange my meals. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was hearty. I had a truly wonderful experience — it added a warm touch to my journey. I look forward to coming back next time. Highly recommended! The only downside is that I thought the hotel had hot springs.
