Impeccable experience at this Resort. We were looked after immaculately by Trevor the Hotel manager. He understood we travelled from far and made a huge effort to ensure our stay was an incredible one. Breakfast was amazing, a lady named Mary served us for both mornings we stayed, she noted what we liked and offered to bring them out for breakfast. Staff were all amazing. We couldn’t ask for more, our stay was extremely one of the most memorable one this trip!

コークで最高のホテルですが、残念ながら市内中心部から少し離れており、鉄道駅まで3キロ以上離れており、バスに乗るのはあまり便利ではありません。部屋の大きさはそれほど大きくなく、部屋の設備はかなり整っています。ホテルのサービスはとても良く、迅速に対応でき、チェックアウト時に延長されました。ホテルの朝食は注文とビュッフェの形で提供されますが、ビュッフェの種類は非常に限られていますが、注文の味はとても良いです。

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.
