部屋に人を加えることについてとても厳しく、夜遅くの湯船の1つに死んだカエルがいましたが、あとの時間でロルでした。天然温泉で、私は本当に自然の人ではありません。熱帯雨林に囲まれているので、私の友人は気にしませんでした。全体的に、私はそれが好きで、夫とロマンチックな週末に戻って来ることを検討します。カップルやパーティーグループよりもリラックスできます。

Very nice and beautiful hotel, built with high-quality materials and a great design. However, my biggest disappointment was that a 5-star hotel did not provide complimentary water in the room, instead selling it for $4.50 per bottle. This is especially surprising in Costa Rica, considering that the room costs over $1000 per night. It feels quite disappointing and even greedy that they are unwilling to meet basic international standards of service. In my opinion, the management should take inspiration from hotels in Asia and the Middle East, where guest service is often much more thoughtful and complete. I felt that instead of providing small essentials as part of the service, they were trying to charge extra for everything, which negatively affected the overall experience.

部屋は大きく、レストランは美味しく、場所は便利です。ミニバーは無料です。 欠点:ホテルは大きくて、中は坂を下り、とても疲れています。プールにはたくさんの人がいます、そして雰囲気はそれほどカジュアルで騒々しくありません。そして、このホテルには温泉はありません、私は特別なホテルに温泉を洗いたいと思います。

What a gem of a hotel! Great location, beautiful facilities, friendly service, and delicious food. We had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with grounds essentially in the middle of the rainforest. Room is very spacious and clean, with a private deck and hot tub. Loved staying here.
