There’s some issue with my check in and the hotel staff wanted to send me away to another hotel. At last, it was settled after several negotiation directly with the hotel and through trip.com. After all, still a pleasant hotel to stay.

酒店位置很好，裝修風格很喜歡，餐廳露台可以看港口風景，非常迷人，晚餐是一種享受。但是在辦理入住時前台特別不負責任亂安排房型，這裏要由衷表揚下攜程，隨時求助隨時響應並積極幫助解決問題，特別是跟我通話的客服妹妹，善於溝通非常貼心，平台服務越來越專業温馨了，以後會繼續支持。

場所は素晴らしく、バルコニーの窓から最も美しい夕日を見ることができます。階下にはたくさんのとても良いレストランがあります。ホテルは明るくエレガントです。良いサービス。シチリアの珍しい良いホテル、お金に見合う価値。

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area. We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella. The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

很好的酒店，環境風景非常好，遙看山頂的古希臘神殿。服務也很好。酒店位置在遠離市中心的地方，因此晚上衹能待在酒店裡，在酒店用晚餐，晚餐體驗很好。早餐非常豐盛，品質很好，建議不要錯過早餐。訂的基礎客房，麪積很小，幾乎無法放開旅行箱子，有點失望。既然在如此空曠的地方建酒店，即便是基礎房型，但太小，而且基礎房型很高的比例，住宿體驗打折，影響酒店整體形象。總之，房間7分，環境9分，晚餐9分，早餐10分！

ヨーロッパのレンガバンガロー形式のリゾート型ホテル。30分でオルティギア(旧市街)に行く快適なボートで乗れるプライベート桟橋が付属。そこの風景は、このホテルに住んでいる人はそれを見逃すほどゴージャスに見えます。また、プライベートトンネルを介してアクセスできるプライベートビーチもあります。これは非常に興味深いです。全体的に、非常にフレンドリーなサービスと5-star施設でオルティギアを見下ろす非常に美しいリゾート。

Struttura bellissima, personale sempre molto gentile e cortese i ragazzi della sala sono fantastici sempre con il sorriso e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. La cucina è DIVINA non ci sono parole per descrivere la qualità dei piatti. Le camere bellissime, ampie ma soprattutto molto luminose e pulite.
