Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Me aloje en vista a una actividad en el parque del conocimiento. Fácil de llegar. cerca del aeropuerto. Con lindo entorno. Falta mantenimiento en algunas áreas. Las habitaciones sin frigobar y sin caja de seguridad. Desayuno correcto.

非常に快適なベッドのある素晴らしい部屋。レストランにはメニューの選択肢が豊富で、食べ物はとても良かったです。デスクでのサービスはとても役に立ちました。

レインフォレストでひどい経験をした後、ここに来ましたが、地上の楽園のようでした。 ホテルは便利な場所にあり、外へ歩いて 5 分のところにバス停があり、1 時間ごとに空港や滝へ行けます。ホテルの真向かいにタクシー会社もあります。 ホテルのスタッフは到着するとすぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれ、とても親切でした。サウナへの 25 分間の無料利用も含まれていました。ちょっとした仕掛けですが、素敵な心遣いでした。 部屋は広くて、広々としていて、清潔でした。エアコンは信頼性が高く、お湯と水圧も良好でした。朝食は基本的なものでしたが、種類が豊富でした。 楽しい経験でした。

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。 服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。 但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。 第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。

El hotel está muy venido a menos con respecto al mantenimiento. El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta. Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.
