ベルギーリエージュ州の4つ星ホテル

Kamers waren vol en hebben dan een appartement geboekt een 20 meter verder van het hotel . Ontbijt was super alsook de service . Het appartement/ kamer was groot meer de inrichting mocht wat warmer . De reiniging liet wat te wensen over , hebben zelf dan maar het toilet gereinigd . Verwarming was afgesteld denk ik , en mocht voor ons een graadje hoger alsook het douche water was eerder koud .

Good breakfast, good dinner, (the waiter a little off) will come back again if appropriate.

Nice rooms and nice staff Nothing around the hotel as regards shops or restaurants so you need to walk or take tram The gym is big and clean. But it needs dumbbells under 12kg. You can only use the free weights if you are a body builder and can lift 50kg!!

すべて良好で、市街地まで徒歩圏内です。駐車場は狭く、有料です。ウェルネスは一日中暑すぎます💯 日差しが強く、まるでオーブンのように暑かったです。ゲスト用のタオルがないので、常に濡れていました。でも全体的には楽しい経験でした。

Helpful reception personnel and overall a pleasant stay. Good shower and nice clean rooms. The sleeping couch was not so fine to sleep on but overall good. Breakfast was outstanding. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not included in the room price. Opening hours 8-22 was in my opinion too late to open in the morning.

施設は申し分なく、特にTHERMEにバスローブ姿で直接に行き来できる宿泊客専用のケーブルカーがあるのは快適であった。 しかし、トリップコム経由で前払いしているにも関わらず、チェックイン時にデポジット50ユーロを請求された。ルームサービス等の精算後返金されるとのことであった。しかし、冷蔵庫の中は空だった。　何も追加はないはず。　チェックアウト時、ペイバックされるものと思っていたが、2－3日後にカード会社経由で返金されるとのことであった。しかし、一週間たってもいまだ返金されていない。

Luik is a wonderful city and this hotel is a great place to stay. The breakfast is very much worth the price. The wellness is also a nice extra. Staff is very friendly. Easy walk to centre and restaurants. Recommend!

The hotel is clean and location is good. But the insulation of wall is very poor. First night I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning. I constantly heard the toilet flushing, chair is rolling, walking sound and door slamming above our room. We complained that next morning, but the reception said “why don’t you let us know last night ?” I wished I can but there is no telephone line in the room to call reception, and I didn’t want to get up from my bed and go downstairs to report it. Reception didn’t apologise to us. I found it is very rude. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Zeer goede ontvangst met een duidelijke uitleg. Overal vriendelijk personeel aanwezig. De kamer was zeer netjes en ruim, grote doucheruimte en apart toilet. We hebben een avondmaal in het restaurant genuttigd, zeker een aanrader. Zeer lekker, verzorgd en ruime schotels. Het ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid en zowel zoet als hartig, yoghurt, verse platte kaas, verschillende kaassoorten, gesneden en ongesneden vers fruit, spek en eieren, enz…. Teveel om op te noemen. Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.
