Fiz uma reserva de quarto casal e quando chego descubro que a cama na verdade são duas de solteiros que foram juntadas. Fui para comemorar aniversário de namoro e precisei dormir com um buraco no meio da cama. No check in fui informado que o hotel estava lotado, e como também já havia retirado todas as roupas da mala, não cheguei a entrar em contato com a recepção, mesmo porque é de responsabilidade do hotel garantir que a cama destinada será a mesma que foi reservada. Também achei o ar condicionado fraco, como se tivesse algo obstruindo. O café da manhã, principalmente as opções doces não são gostosas, deixando a desejar.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

衛生環境は良いです

Desde a chegada ao hotel o atendimento foi excelente! A localização do hotel é muito boa; numa esquina tem Farmacia, na outra tem um restaurante ótimo e nos arredores tem várias lojas, bares, cafés e restaurantes! O café da manhã é muito bom!!! Várias opções de frutas, bolos, pães e opções fit também. Precisamos antecipar nosso café da manhã devido a horário de voo e a funcionária do restaurante e cozinheiro foram excepcionais!!! Excelente experiência!

Hotel já tem um custo elevado e ainda cobram 10% de taxa de serviço em cima do valor da diária…vista maravilhosa mas não compensa custo benefício
