フランスノルマンディーの4つ星ホテル

Deux jours passé mes au sein du Donjon que nous avons pu apprécier. Pour seul regret, l’odeur dégoût présente dans la salle de bain.

このホテルはシャトーにあり、ロマンチックでユニークに見えたので予約しました。ただし、全体的に欠けている詳細がたくさんありました。まず、3コースの食事はわずか29ユーロでしたが、レストランを一切の費用をかけずに避けてください。食べ物の準備と品質はひどいものでした。添付写真をご覧ください。私が持っていたサーモンは冷凍サーモンから煮すぎ、グリーンはおそらく冷凍グリーンで、煮てみると緑色ではありません。リゾットは、奇妙なクリームでコーティングされた米だけで、味のない鶏肉を上に叩きました。私たちは食べ物を終えませんでした。 受付係がウェイトレスとして2倍に増えていたので、彼らは明らかにより多くのスタッフを必要としていました、そして私たちはサービスにいくつかの待ち時間とギャップがあることに気づきました。 部屋はコンパクトできれいでしたが、詳細は不足していました。たとえば、備品や電化製品は可能な限り最も安い品種であり、ホテルが求めているというLuxeの感覚と一致しませんでした。場所は町から少し離れており、旧市街のすべての主要なサイトまで徒歩20分です。 敷地はきれいで、写真はとてもきれいでした。

ロケーションが最高のホテルでした！この立地のおかげで夜遅くも早朝もモン・サン・ミシェルの近くまで見に行くことができました。 ホテルを出てすぐの場所にバス停がありとても便利です。 お部屋もと広く綺麗でした。 部屋からは木がちょうどモン・サン・ミシェルと被っており見えなかったのが少し残念です。 朝食会場からもモン・サン・ミシェルが見えるので窓際の席に座ったのですが、窓ガラスに虫が付いていたりと少し汚れが目立ちました。

Not much to say … only good stuff! Nice welcome at reception when we checked in earlier than planned. We got touristic advice to go around and they kept our big suitcases. We unfortunately didn’t get parking as they were full.. all reserved (NB: trip.com never discussed that we had to book the parking, this is something Accor and Trip.com should discuss about as this is now our 2nd encounter of this problem…. Coming from Malaysia and renting a car, this is not helping… we had no idea we had to reserve parking) The bedroom was very nice, pretty balcony but small bathroom… especially given the placement of the toilet…. lol. But never mind. Nice deck of the bedroom and the hotel too… themed on Christian Dior and fashion, we liked that ☺️ Last the breakfast and its location: beautiful. The view of the sea is really good, the furniture is nicely chosen, and the food is good. First time I see a « make your sunny side up eggs yourself » set in a hotel, which was cool.

メルキュールの設備は少し古く、非常に簡素な部屋でした。別の棟にあり、たとえ0階であっても、荷物を抱えて階段をいくつか上る必要があり、バリアフリー設備はありませんでした。 部屋の窓はバスの駐車場に面しており、朝7時には観光客を待つバスの運転手がエンジンをかけ始めるため、騒音が聞こえました。 バスルームは狭く、歯磨き用のコップやコーヒーカップはすべて使い捨てで、ティッシュはありましたが綿棒はありませんでした。飲料水は部屋の外にあるウォーターサーバーから汲むようになっており、部屋にはボトル入りの水はありませんでした。 部屋の椅子は籐製で、見た目が汚く、拭いてもきれいになりませんでした。 朝食時のスタッフは非常に熱心で、皆に挨拶し、お見送りもしてくれました。 ホテルの入口からはモン・サン・ミッシェル行きの無料シャトルバスが出ていますが、始発ではないため、朝8時過ぎのピーク時には最初のバスに乗れず、その後のバスも非常に混雑していました。 もしまた行く機会があれば、間違いなく景勝地内の別のホテルを選ぶでしょう。

We reached Erawan pretty late, at dark, in a snow day. Because communication channel with Trip.com did g allow the owner to reach us (phone nor email), we reached an empty, closed venue. Which I have to stay is pretty upsetting when it is -2 outside. However, after few phone calls, and relevant explanations, we got welcomed warmly by the owner and the neighbor business owner and we moved in accordingly. Thank you to the neighbor businessman to help us carry our heavy luggage till the 2nd floor!! Beautiful house and deco; beautiful bedroom BUT, extremely cold toilet and bathroom (supposed to be a hammam??? We never found the way to turn it into a hammam…. It is gorgeous…. But… damn cold!) Again, the house is very beautifully decorated which was so nice to experiment for breakfast. Do try this place which bedrooms names are themed on Thailand! :-)

Hotel bien cercano a la estación, aunque no demasiado céntrico respecto a la zona histórica. La habitación cómoda, no muy grande, y el personal muy amable. El ascensor histórico es muy bonito, aunque algo pequeño, y al ser un edificio muy antiguo hay cambios de altura en la planta que lo hacen un poco incómodo.

Io e mio figlio ci siamo fermati per una notte in questo hotel di Le Havre e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è buona, vicino al centro e alle principali attrazioni. Camere grandi e spaziose.

The main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one. Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done. Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-) Again very nice mansion and service.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home! Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good! I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!
