This is our 3rd times staying in this hotel. This time everything went well and we get a clean room with good service! Overall everything was good!

I stopped over for a business trip. The location of hotel is good easy to access to other place . The room is clean. On the 10th floor have a bar and live music.

Great location, have a great view backyard looking at river streaming, jungle, and mini waterfall. Perfect for nature lover. Amazing restaurant and cafe. However the cleanliness of the room should be improved. Many moulds around the room and the bathroom. Also quite smell when you entered the room, like a wet or damp clothes smell. Parking area could be improved to accomodate more vehicles. Thanks

他のホテルとは一味違うスマランの街をご滞在ください。スマラン上部に位置し、緑に囲まれ、高台にあるのでスマランの街を一望できます。

No other 4 stars hotel in the area. Hotel was renewed in 2024 with a new building, new swimming pool, it has western foods at roof restaurant. Italian coffee machine. If you travel with children can play with rabbits as the hotel has a garden area with fish and rabbits and an mini aquatic park. Staff are friendly. Can rent electric cars for children on weekends.
