We took the twin bedroom with breakfast option. Overall the room was quite big, and it is pretty standard ammenities and cleanliness. Location was quite convenient and easy to reach, however, their breakfast was quite mediocre and not much options.

スイミングプールとシャワーはプラスで、モールに近く、部屋は清潔です。 エアコンは冷たくなく、子供は汗だくになるまで寝ました。ホテルに連絡しました。技術者は迅速で、ありがとうございました。 朝食は天井扇風機があるので外を選んだ方が良いです。 廊下のセントラルエアコンは機能していないようです。特に総面積30リットルの建物でエレベーターを待っているときは息苦しいです。エレベーターは1台しかなく、最大定員は10人です。 できればACがHorizo​​n Ciledug Hotelのようになり、エレベーターの数が稼動できるようになるといいですね。

スマランの新しいホテル。街の中心部にあるのでロケーションは本当に良いです。部屋は値段の割に十分な広さです。どの部屋にも非常に小さなバルコニーがありますが、喫煙する必要がある場合に便利です。 クローゼットや水のボトルはありませんが、オペレーターに水を汲んで部屋に持ってきてもらうことができます。朝食サービスを改善する必要があります。ビュッフェではなくアラカルトです。朝食のサービスは平均以下です。 しかし、受付の方の対応は良いです。駐車場は限られており、非常に小さいですが、バレーパーキングが提供されます。

部屋はかなり広いです...スタンダードツインルームを注文しましたが、優れたものを提供してくれました....ありがとう。木のタイルがとても素敵なお部屋

Great location, have a great view backyard looking at river streaming, jungle, and mini waterfall. Perfect for nature lover. Amazing restaurant and cafe. However the cleanliness of the room should be improved. Many moulds around the room and the bathroom. Also quite smell when you entered the room, like a wet or damp clothes smell. Parking area could be improved to accomodate more vehicles. Thanks

部屋は広く、古い建物をリノベーションしてあります...部屋を開けると、まず古い部屋の匂いがします...夜には庭からカラオケを歌う音が聞こえます、朝は運動する音が聞こえる、朝食がたくさんある…味が良い…フレッシュフルーツジュースが本当に美味しい、リュウガン、サラク、メロン、パイナップル、スイカ、マンゴーがたくさんあります…素晴らしい

ホテルは快適で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、サービスは良く、人混みから離れているので静かなのでステイケーションに適しています。
