メキシコモレロス州の4つ星ホテル

This property is a gem in a wonderful location 1.5 hrs from center of Mexico City. We stayed two nights prior to travelling home and used uber ( a bad experience) and a taxi ( good experience) to take us to and from the hotel. It is a very welcoming hotel with wonderful staff and activities laid on such as yoga ( we did this with an excellent instructor, but didn’t get his name…sorry), cultural walks and bread making etc). The neighbouring town of Tepoztlan was a must see. A vibrant and colorful small city with many artisan shops. We loved the hotel a great place to relax following a busy holiday and just before flying home!

The place is absolutely beautiful, the scenery is gorgeous the restaurant food very good quality. The crew were responsive and professional Although, the water shower of one bathroom of my 2 bedroom suite never had hot water and the other the next day did not have water . I advised at the reception but all they did was to extend my checkout for one hour i was expecting an actual refund.

素晴らしい設備を備えたホテルの絶対的な宝石。私たちはチャペルで結婚式に来ましたが、敷地全体が楽園のように感じました。部屋は広としていて清潔で、サービスは効率的でフレンドリーでした。クエルナバカで少し贅沢を探しているなら、この場所を十分にお勧めできません。

場所はとてもいいです。また、プールとレストラン。フロントデスクとゲートガードは奇妙な行動をします(あまり礼儀正しくありません)

En la habitación cuando llegamos había basura en el suelo y eso fue desagradable, lo demás nos pareció genial nuestra estadía solo que de noche está muy oscuro para poder salir a caminar en las instalaciones

Prachtige tuinen Prachtige kamer (in 2e instantie) Helpvol personeel Ouderwets sanitair, bad “Plastic” onder de lakens, beschermt matras, begrijp ik, maar slaapt niet lekker Ik heb geen gebruik kunnen maken van de sauna Nog steeds niet helemaal duidelijk of dit onbetaald mogelijk was of niet mogelijk is (alleen betaald …) communicatie daarover was niet duidelijk, had het gevoel dat ik aan het lijntje gehouden werd … tot 2x toe (daarna opgegeven, geen zin in confrontatie)
