The hotel is located close to nice parc area and has good transport connection to the city center and Rynek area. Very good breakfast with nice combination of international and local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful stuff should be noted and praised. The room is adequate and cosy with just one note: you should be a slim acrobate or a gymnast to use shower normally, - the bath is nice and spacious, but it would not be easy to take shower comfortly and without having spilled water all around, for XL-and-over persons it is impossible at all. But generally it should not be so gross, and the staying in this hotel is nice, just maybe there should be more local channels on the hotel TV.

ダブルツリー・クラクフは素晴らしいです。ポーランド人スタッフはプロフェッショナルで効率的です。旧市街からはトラムで1本です（距離に不満を言うレビュー投稿者は無知か、怠惰か、あるいは横柄かのいずれかです）。実際には2つの停留所からトラムに乗ることができ、ヴァヴェル城やクラクス丘があるポドグジェなどの主要な観光地のほとんどに行くことができます。ヒルトンにはサウナ、24時間利用可能なジムがあり、スムージー、デザート、地元産のポーランドのパンと蜂蜜が付いた非常においしい朝食も楽しめます。驚いたことに、ある朝はシャンパンが出されました。客室は標準以上で、ホテルは非常に新しいように感じます。閑散期（3月まで）は客室料金が手頃ですが、会議の時期や観光シーズンにはダブルツリーは混雑することがありますが、それには理由があります。予想通り、チェックイン時にヒルトン特製のチョコチップクッキーがもらえます。

女一人旅でこちらのホテルを利用しました。 電車(krakow lobzow)駅からは徒歩18分ほど、トラムの駅からは徒歩22分かかります。夜道が怖い人は余裕を持って移動したほうがいいです。 部屋自体は清潔感があり、風呂シャワーは同じ部屋にあります。ドライヤーやタオルなどはありますが歯磨きセットはありません(コップはある) 鍵はオートロック式です。内側から鍵をかける時はちょっと力強く締める必要があります。 朝食はラインナップが豊富で満足です。

素晴らしいホテル。すべてがきれいで新しいです。快適で静かな部屋。非常にスマートなサウナ、塩室、ラウンジ、地下のジム(サウナに行く前に40分前にオンにするように要求する必要があります)。とにかく、徹底的にお勧めします。

The hotel was excellent in every way ! The location is perfect to explore the city on foot, located near the former Jewish Quarter, which is stunning, and a 13/15 walk to the Old Town. The staff were all amazing and quickly changed my room on the first night because if an unpleasant odour in the booked room. They answered all my questions and were super efficient ! If I were to return to Krakoq, I’d stay here , even though it’s slightly on the pricy side .

ホテルは駅から旧市街まで徒歩5分圏内と、交通の便の良さを重視する旅行者にはうってつけです。今回の滞在ではホテルの駐車場を利用しましたが、非常に清潔で安全な印象を受け、安心して利用できました。駐車料金は1日120ポーランドズロチでしたが、その料金設定は妥当だと感じました。ホテル周辺には、より安価な屋外駐車場もいくつか選択肢があり、ホテルの駐車場が満車の場合でも、停める場所に困ることはないでしょう。 チェックアウト時には、地元名物のパンをプレゼントしていただき、大変美味しかったです。このようなホテルからの心温まるお心遣いに深く感謝いたします。

Fantastic location beautiful rooms with high ceilings v clean and extremely helpful staff that organised taxi transfers to n from the airport  we arrived close to midnight so the  key instructions  on how to enter the building were v precise  would highly recommend

Great hotel, great location. Great to come home from a busy day to the spa area. Very clean.

Muy buen hotel, bien situado en zona tranquila y desde donde se puede ir al centro cómodamente andando. El desayuno está muy bien también.

Nice please good price and perfect location between the old town and Jewish quarter literally 5 minutes walk to both. Nice large and clean rooms. However my room only had a bath which I knew it was either a shower or a bath but I feel like it might be better to make everyone choose as I think everyone will have a definite preference but not the end of the world. Breakfast is a bit boring and I probably would just go into town rather than use theirs as it's very expensive and not great compared to the rest of Krakow. Nice place nice staff and nice location
