ホテルの環境も良く、部屋の設備も新しく、朝食も充実しています。周囲の環境は美しく、公園のすぐ隣にあります。駐車場もあり、特に宿泊の際はペット同伴も可能と非常に使い勝手の良いサービスとなっております。

素晴らしいサービスと快適な滞在 素晴らしい滞在でした。受付の方々は大変親切で、到着した瞬間から温かく迎え入れていただきました。早めにチェックインできたのも大変ありがたかったです。おかげで旅行がずっと楽になりました。 部屋は快適で、よく手入れされていましたが、窓からの眺めは最高とは言えませんでした。また、場所は予想していたよりも街から少し離れていましたが、それでも問題ありませんでした。 全体的にとても満足のいく滞在でした。特に素晴らしいカスタマーサービスのおかげで、このホテルを自信を持っておすすめします！

クラクフの歴史的なエリアのとても素敵な場所。レセプションがないため、チェックインは電子レセプションを通じて行われ、これは興味深いソリューションです。 部屋はとてもきれいで、ナイトライフに囲まれていますが、部屋は静かです。

Thank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

Wir haben auf Grund der guten Bewertungen gebucht, allerdings kann ich den Bewertungen nicht ganz zustimmen. Die Lage ist gut, man ist jetzt nicht direkt in der Stadt aber nach ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt. Das Zimmer war recht klein aber okay eingerichtet. Hätte anhand der Bilder ein wenig mehr erwartet. Leider haben wir bei der Anreise Haare aus unserem Bett gefunden. In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel und der Duschkopf tropfte ununterbrochen. Habe es angemerkt aber bis auf eine Entschuldigung von der Dame an der Rezeption habe ich weiter nichts mehr gehört. Fand ich sehr schade.

It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.

Номер був чудовий, в номері було чисто, все необхідне для перебування також було. Робітники готелю привітні, охайні і великий плюс, як для мене, розмовляють англійською (я польською не володію)

Hotel perfecto para pasar unos días en Cracovia! Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica y con mucho ambienté, restaurantes y lugares para tomar algo. Son muy atentos y te ayudan en todo momento con cualquier problema que puedas tener. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

The location is very good, near to the Krakow Train Station, and easily accessible to the Old Town. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.
