ゲゲストOverall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

MMartaGreat location hotel, right to the centre and walking distance from offices as well as the old town. Great initiatives to reduce emissions, with a treat left at your door when you opt out of having room cleaned for a night. You can also adopt a plant during your stay and take one up to your room. Lovely breakfast

ゲゲストAbsolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

ゲゲスト受付のムラルチクさんをはじめ、このホテルは真のプロフェッショナルが揃ったスタッフで、ストレスを抱えながらも平静を保ち、礼儀正しく、心から親切に対応してくれました。メイドの方々も皆、皆素晴らしい対応でした。昨今、これほどまでに機能的なホテルを見つけるのは稀で、このホテルをこれほどまでに素晴らしい方法で運営しているマネージャーには心から敬意を表します。批判にも的確に対応する彼の手腕は、本当に素晴らしいと高く評価しています。また必ず戻ってきます。
グリヴィツェ滞在中、素晴らしいひとときをお過ごしいただき、サポートしていただき、ありがとうございました。

ゲゲストThe hotel is fine, what you would normally expect from Mercury, nothing special. The room was clean, but the smell was horrible when we checked in, not sure if it was the air conditioning, or the carpets, but definitely was unpleasant experience.

ゲゲストThe hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

זזקי כהןWhen we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.
