A minha decepção foi com o atendimento da recepção. a gestão precisa treinar e capacitar melhor a equipe da recepção.O ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito e na segunda noite quebrou de madrugada.Fiquei hospedada por 7 dias e não esperava passar por isso em um hotel 4 estrelas ainda mais pagando uma tarifa elevada no réveillon. A piscina é uma delícia e o café da manhã é muito bom e a academia é pequena mais deu para usar.

場所はとても良いですが、そこで働くほとんどの人は英語を話せません。このホテルの最大の利点は、サウナとロビーエリアで休憩できます。朝食は大丈夫ですが、夕食はもっと良いかもしれません。外は極寒の中、チェックインに来て、受付の前に立っていたところ、天井のACから冷たい空気が入っているのを感じ、さらに気分が悪かった。エレベーターの中に個人的には寒い時期には嫌いなファンがありますが、一般的に言ってホテルは良いです。ガールフレンドと一緒にこのホテルに来て、シングルを出たので、カップルにはお勧めしません

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

Pé na arreia,melhor impossível,quarto confortável e espaçoso. Super café da manhã. Recomendo o restaurante. Equipe atenciosa é eficiente

Staff was really helpful and really nice.  But walls are paper thin , i could hear literally everything from my neighbours on each side and upstairs.  Couldn’t sleep at all , noise all time.  Upon calling to reception they tried to solve the solution but i guess neighbours felt ofended and kept doing it.

This is the best you'll find in Blumenau! Trust me! A great team will help you with quick check-in, a lounge, coworking space, pool, and laundry. There are different rooms, equipped kitchens, incredible cleanliness, and always a quiet place! Highly recommended!

素敵なきれいなホテル、フレンドリーなスタッフ、独自の椅子とビーチパラソルのあるビーチのすぐそばにあるため、ビーチで食べ物や飲み物を飲むのに良い場所を得ることができます。市内中心部から遠く離れているので、島の残りの部分を見るにはタクシーが必要です

Um bom hotel, não gostei da trica do balcão da recepção

小さいながらも速い部屋、完璧な朝食、変わらない、私はコーヒーが早く始まることができると感じています、少なくとも10:30まで延長することができます、テレビはすでに非常に賢いはずです、全体的に私はそれが好きです。
