My 27th married anniversary Ipoh staycation. Booking a night after holiday from Pahang. Ipoh Bali Hotel is amazing experience for me. I hardly sleep at hotel bed but in this Ipoh Bali I have no doubt to sleep and I have try my bathtub spa and massage before check out. The room can’t find any dirty spot. Very clean and cooling without on air cond too. Very recommended for honeymoon or married anniversary stay. Try to avoid bring kids🔞. Cause you will spoil the calm environment 💝 the hotel only have 12room from villa convert to hotel. So you need to book early for nice room with koi fish pond. I only stay a night at Ipoh so we didn’t go much place cause raining day. We only go Tasik Cermin and buying some souvenirs at Panglima Lane. We decided to stay at hotel for truly enjoy the facility. Very nice hotel definitely will come back again.
Facilities excellent for the price. Nice location, away from the dusty town and next door to the lake garden. the garden has many food options.

Except for the dining Sidai restaurant service staff, bad attitude and even giving faces when chef kitchen asked them to prepare things missing. My husband is a hotel chef for 10 years so he knows how to operate a 5 star hotel. Didn't keep baby chair clean too, full of dirt (serious not like some dirt). Should be in SOP to wipe everyday, but luckily service crew help me wipe upon asking. Spot another couple brought baby too and they wipe themselves while GM kutuk them then they still watching customer wipe themselves without go in front and said I help to wipe, so hilarious 😆You're charging a lot for this resort, so I expect at least 4 star service.
Room cleanliness can be improved, especially bathroom. Dirt marks between tiles can be easily fixed by just putting tile grout then problem fixed. Room photo is different from the one listed on Agoda and Trip.com so there's a expectation vs reality scenario but I am okay with a smaller room, just that maybe others won't be happy.
