スタッフの方々はとても親切で、お客様への真摯な対応に感動しました。Trip.comで鶏谷山トレッキングを予約しましたが、外国人である私たちはトレッキング会社とのコミュニケーションに苦労しました。しかし、マネージャーの方が親切にサポートしてくださり、素晴らしい思い出となる素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 もしまた長白山を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひこのホテルを選びます。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、よく整備されています。スタッフの皆様の温かいおもてなしに心から感謝しています。 また、ホテルの駐車場で串焼きを楽しみながら焼酎を味わったのは、忘れられない思い出となりました。

This place is amazing. We had a view of the slopes so a definite plus. 😊 Unit is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Best is that you can just walk out about 100m to the slopes. I did have an issue one night when my room was filled with cigarette smoke so much so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open in sub-zero temperatures. When I feedback the next day, they were extremely apologetic and their customer service contacted me to ask for more info and they sent a fruit platter as an apology. My kids have decided that this is going to be their future destination for skiing because of the convenience as well as the snow conditions. One thing that puzzled all of us though but it didn't distract from the stay. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room with the twin beds seemed to have the bigger and better bathroom with a bathtub. But the room with a big bed had a smaller bathroom and shower stall only. Again, didn't mess anything of our stay up but we were just really puzzled about it.

One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast). His easy friendliness softened the edges of dirty window panes and mostly Mandarin-only staff. I even showed him the ink-black towel after wiping the window—evidence, not barking. Menu Meltdown & A Win At the restaurant, I was handed a Chinese-only menu after saying I don’t speak Mandarin. I hit the roof. To their credit, reception listened: I received a call from the lady boss, and the issue was acknowledged. Then a hero appeared—the restaurant lady, who patiently translated dish names so I could choose lunch and dinner without guesswork. Gold bone earned. City Interlude: Jilin Catholic Church Between meals and meetings, I visited Jilin Catholic Church (吉林耶稣圣心堂)—a quiet pause from hotel hiccups. The church offered a moment of stillness, a reminder that even on a bumpy stay, the city holds pockets of grace. Logistics That Worked Back at the desk, the reception lady manager efficiently arranged my transport to Wusong Island—quick, competent, and reassuring. Breakfast & The Fine Print Breakfast surprised me in the best way: healthy, balanced, a thoughtful mix of local and Western dishes. One final bone to chew—early booking didn’t pay off as prices dropped later. A truly Winning Hotel would honour the lower rate at check-in. Verdict Despite communication bumps, this is a solid winter hideout: good Songhua River views, comforting food, and fast service when it counts. ホテルの環境はとても良く、後ろにスキー場があり、とても便利です。 コンシェルジュのシャオフイとマネージャーのシャオチェンはとても良いサービスを提供しています。荷物は玄関まで届けてくれて、子供用の帽子やバッグももらえて、チェックアウト後にお土産ももらえました〜。

ホテルはとても良く、部屋はとても広く、衛生状態もとても良いです。滞在にとても満足しています。ホテルには送迎サービスがあることをお知らせしておきます。送迎ドライバーはとても親切です。素敵です。無料の送迎を提供してくれます。景色の良い場所に行き、シェフの皆さんと一緒に食事をします。車で送迎してもらいました。とても美味しかったです。出発前にシェフが私に食べ物をくれました。小さな贈り物です。とても心温まるものでした。長白山の人々の温かさとおもてなしを本当に感じました。雪祥よりずっと良かったです。雪祥は本当に素晴らしかったです。詐欺です。また時々長白山に来ます。未来。

I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff. Overall, Hanting Hotel offered a decent stay with its convenient location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. However, improvements in sound insulation, room cleanliness, and inclusion of additional room amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Luneng Swissotel Villa は今回の長白山旅行で最も正しい決断でした。特に子供たちと出かけたとき、東北地方で雪を見るのは初めてでした。 別荘から出ると、部屋のバルコニーがとても広くて、きれいな雪が積もっていました。 、毎朝バルコニーから美しい雪景色が見えました。タクシーの呼び出しはタイムリーに来て、オンラインで言及されていた30分の待ち時間はありませんでした。含まれている特典はかなり充実しており、特に温泉は実際に雪の中の露天風呂が含まれています。チェックインのときは少し不愉快でした。延吉から車をチャーターして1,300を支払いましたが、2時半に到着したのですが、3時までチェックインできないと言われました。これは正常です。しかし、私は部屋の掃除が不十分だと言い続けました。私たちは半日後に別荘に行くことを許可されました。私たちより遅く到着した人たちは私たちより早くチェックインしました。

I spent 8 days at Vanke Songhua Lake New Story Suites. Usually it was planned for five days only but I extended my stay two times. This place is just awesome 👏🏼🤩 It is warm (floor heating), tidy and very clean. I’m allergic to cigarette smell so they arranged a non smoking room for me I was very happy with. …nice skiing for families, beginners and the faster, more brave ones and the hotel staff is just lovely. They are always nice and kind, help wherever they can ( even without much English or in my case with none existing to rudimentary Chinese 🤣) The Hotel is only 800 m from the slope but they offer a shuttle service (very convenient) during skiing times. I used it in the morning but enjoyed my walk “home” after snowboarding. Ski and snowboard rental plus gear is available in the basement. I booked a coach for every day in the morning for 3h and must say he was best of the best!!! I had no clue about snowboarding but he had the ability to teach me step by step 👉🏼 we both had to use translation apps 🤣✌🏼. After you finish at the slope there is always someone in the kitchen (breakfast place) who is happy to make a bowl of rice noodles or dumplings for you. ❤️🥰. And the flowers inside the hotel are real!!! No fake plastic but real flowers 🌸 huge thanks to the kitchen staff too, they work hard and the breakfast buffet ALWAYS looks clean. I will definitely come back and bring friends! 你们太可爱了❤️

部屋は新しく、シンプルなデザインながらもセンスが良く、ベッドリネンもバスルームも非常に清潔に保たれていて快適でした。 ロケーションは長春駅に非常に近く、迷うことなく辿り着けましたし、交通の便も大変便利でした。 サービスの面でも申し分なく、私たちの都合でチェックアウト時間を午後2時まで快く延長してくださいました。 コストパフォーマンスは本当に抜群で、今回の長春旅行で宿泊したホテルの中では、最も満足度の高い滞在となりました。 唯一の難点は、エアコンの吹き出し口がベッドの真上に位置していたことです。そのため、風邪を引かないように寝る向きを工夫する必要がありました。
