CET hotel est vraiùent très bien, tant par le lieu que par les installations. Très propre, bien situé très proche du métro permettant des se rendre tès facilement dans le centre de Valence ou à l'aeroport ou danss d'autdres endroits. Il est très bien pour les sportifs : piscine, salle de sports, spa et soins, massages.

Siempre, cuando vamos a Alicante, nos quedamos en el hotel Meliá Alicante. Es un hotel fantástico. Está en la primera línea del mar. El hotel está totalmente renovado. Tiene una cama y las almohadas súper comodas. Y unos desayunos muy buenos. Nos gusta siempre volver a este hotel. Recomiendo a todos.

素晴らしい！清潔でとても快適なホテルでした。バルコニーは本当に良かったです。朝食と夕食もとても美味しかったです。アメニティも高品質です。ホテルのすぐ外にバス停があり、街まで30分で行けます。素敵なプールが2つあります。新館なので、テラス付きの部屋を選ぶことをお勧めします。旧館はバルコニーがなく、街の中心部から少し外れた場所にあったのですが、以前よりずっと快適です。

Fantastisch verblijf; moeders van bijna 88 jaar, voor wie bij de kamerreservering met haar beperkingen rekening is gehouden, heeft volop genoten! Het was voor haar een beetje Indonesië in Spanje! Top!

Lovely place to stay . The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

最高の立地です。このホテルに泊まるのは2回目です。 良い点：中心部にあります。ホテルの駐車場はありますが、駐車場はかなり狭く、満車の場合は隣に公共駐車場があります。部屋自体は広々としていて、シャワーも快適で、ベッドもかなり快適です。 悪い点：エアコン。部屋に着いた時の外気温は30度でした。着替えて、夕食に出かける間エアコンをつけっぱなしにしていました。戻ってきたら部屋はサウナのようでした。受付に行くと、女性が「あ、ここからつけられますよ」と言いました。明らかに省エネ対策をしているのでしょうが、外は30度ですからね。部屋は少し涼しくなったものの、夜中に目が覚めるとエアコンのランプが点滅していました。おそらくまた電源を切ってしまったのでしょう。部屋は再び蒸し暑くなってしまいました。それに、エアコンのファンは天井の高いところに「涼しい」空気を循環させるだけで、ベッドに風が届いているという感覚は全くありませんでした。熱は上昇するので、そもそも部屋が暑すぎました。だから二度とここには泊まりません。

Great experience, check in experience was smooth and hotel was very clean. Location was perfect as its only 5 minutes of walking distance from the nearest metro, tram and bus station. Would definitely stay here again!

表現がより流暢で自然になるように言語を再構成するお手伝いをしました。 ノボテルバレンシアは2024年にオープン予定です。チェックインした時は、まだ試験運用段階なのか、屋上のバーやプールがオープンしていなかったのが残念でした。 しかし、私はホテルのサービスに非常に満足しています。フロントデスクのスタッフはとても親切でした。部屋に電気ケトルがないことに気づいたら、すぐに部屋まで持ってきてくれました。またある時は、エレベーターのカードがうまく通らなかったのですが、彼は私たちを部屋まで直接案内してくれました。とても親切でした。 しかし、チェックアウトの時間に関しては、Ctripに苦情を言いたいです。 Ctripのプラットフォームに記載されているチェックアウト時間は1時から2時の間ですが、ホテルでは実際には12時までにチェックアウトしなければならないと規定されています。 12時以降はルームカードは自動的に無効となります。他の旅行者に迷惑をかけないように、Ctrip がホテルのチェックインとチェックアウトの時間を再確認して検証してくれることを願っています。

最終日の夜にバッグを盗まれてしまいました。警察は全く役に立ちませんでした。携帯電話も現金も銀行カードも何もかも失ってしまいました。ホテルのスタッフは、帰国便の詳細を送れるよう、実家の親戚に連絡を取るのを手伝ってくれました。また、親戚がホテルに直接支払いを済ませ、ホテルは昼食の手配、空港までのタクシーの手配、警察への書類作成の手伝いまでしてくれました。これ以上感謝の気持ちを表す言葉が見つかりません。それまでの10泊の滞在は素晴らしいものでしたが、スタッフは私たちのことを気遣い、心配させないようにしてくれました。立地、清潔さ、そしてスタッフの対応の良さから、このホテルをぜひお勧めします。
