Efficient and friendly service at the front desk. I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean. Google cast wasn't working properly. Hotel is centrally located but the area immediately around it is pretty dead, so it would've been nice if the tuck shop was open a little bit later (was closed when I returned for the night at 8PM).

My stay was fantastic. The staff were warm and professional, the room was spotless and cozy. Perfect location close to everything but still quiet. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

部屋の設備は少し古かったです。最初は1階の部屋を割り当てられましたが、少し湿っぽい感じでした。フロントの人に英語で話しかけると、とても親切に対応していただき、3階の部屋に移動させてもらえました。とても快適でした！ジムも素晴らしく、トレッドミルの数も多く、広々としていました。

ケベックの旧市街まで車で20分、駐車場は便利で、1階の部屋の窓は駐車場に非常に近く、夜は騒音があります。全体的な価格は非常に高く、レストランはとても良いです。

I would highly recommend this hotel, very classic, European style hotel, decent breakfast and a little gym that can get your whole body workout done. The room is very spacious and classic. Very friendly staff and I would definitely stay there again if I am in Montreal next time...
