ニュージーランドワイカト地方で、ジムのあるホテル

先日、ワイタケイ・リゾートに2泊しましたが、素晴らしい体験でした。周囲は信じられないほど静かで景色も素晴らしく、都会の喧騒から逃れるのにぴったりでした。部屋は清潔で広々としており、設備も充実していて、ベッドは快適で、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができました。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、どんなリクエストにも快く対応してくれました。特にリゾートの天然温泉は最高で、滞在のハイライトとなりました。館内レストランの料理は美味しく、豊富なメニューと新鮮な食材が使われていました。 全体的に、リラックスしてリフレッシュできる休暇をお探しの方には、ワイタケイ・リゾートを強くお勧めします。また近いうちに訪れたいと思っています！

ワイラケイ・リゾートに大変失望した後、新しい滞在先としてヒルトンを見つけました。まさにグレードアップ！モダンな内装で、広々として清潔。到着した瞬間から非の打ち所がありませんでした。玄関で水が用意され、笑顔で迎えられました。カスタマーサービスは5点満点中5点。防音対策も万全で、価格に見合った快適な夜を過ごせました。温水プールに面したジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。ジムも利用できました。ビストロはおすすめです。ただし、予約は必須です。とても混雑していました。

このホテルは素晴らしかった。それは湖にあり、目を覚ます素晴らしい景色もありました。 ホテルは非常に家族に優しく、温水プールとテニスコートがあります。湖に沿って朝の散歩に行くのも楽しかったです。 大きなアパートで、スタッフも親切にしてくれていました。 私は間違いなく再びここに滞在します。

The hotel is incredibly cozy and comfortable, and you couldn't ask for a better location, it is right in the city centre with everything just a short walk away. Highly recommend.

We loved the room which came with a balcony overlooking the beautiful lake Taupo. The grotto and the heated pool were amazing and provided us with a very relaxing stay.

Wow! We go upgraded to two bedroom apartment which was really handy since it has washer/dryer plus air conditioning in both bedrooms and open plan living area. Very clean and modern apartment with good appliances (Bosch cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The apartment is sound proofed. They also have 4 varieties of Zealong Tea Estate teas along with the Zealong cups plus coffee pods. The hotel is next to the lake and shops so it’s quite convenient. My only issue is that outside of night time sleeping hours, the air conditioner would turn off by itself after a few minutes. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The room was unsatisfactory. Cobwebs and insects on walls, broken & wobbly dining chairs. Even the stair railing to go upstairs is shaky. Chipped bowls and plates. Most serious is that hot water shower is almost impossible! Hot water seems to be limited. It's always freezing cold water! Imagine having soap all over your body and literally freezing just to wait for the hot water to come but yet not enough to rinse off the soap! I gave up trying to shower the next day. And no Aircon on upstairs room. We had to ask for a small fan just to ventilate the room

部屋の中は清潔で、古さもあまり感じません。 ベッドは座るのも大変うるさいです。 午前 7 時に 2 つの連続したビープ音/アラームで目が覚めました。一方が他方よりも大きく、大きい方は止まりましたが、小さい方は続きました。 廊下の端か私たちの下でドンドンという音が聞こえました。本当にうるさく、毎回同じくらいの音が鳴りました。 ホテルの裏の駐車場は非常に限られています。無料駐車場があると言われて予約したのですが、到着したら空きがなく、一晩中路上駐車料金を支払わなければならず、とてもがっかりしました。

Front staff very helpful, however first bed cover sheet was stained and the replacement sheet had a rip in it. Dinner food was small, overpriced and not tasty however breakfast there was alot of choice and yummy fresh food. Third party service neglected to pass on pet details so was an unexpected added cost however was very convenient to be able to have my pet there. Was a very warm and comfy room, thank you.

Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.
