酒店的地理位置不錯，步行即可到達布朗大學、羅德島設計學院及博物館、普羅維登斯市中心、火車站等。我們訂了景觀房真是名副其實的“看得見風景的房間”，每天看晨曦、看夕陽、看飛鳥翱翔、看貨船進出港口……酒店面對的India Point Park可以健身散步。客房內部所提供的物品都很好用，美式早餐紮實，酒店內有餐廳、酒吧，但我們居住期間可能因住客不多，餐廳營業與否比較隨意。

私は子供たちと一緒にこのホテルに2週間滞在しました。部屋は広くて新しく、装飾の臭いはありません。キッチンは設備が整っていて、遮音性が良く、朝食も手頃な価格です。翌日掃除します。ジムとランドリールームは完備されています。ペットフレンドリーなホテルです。多くの観光客が連れてきた犬を見ました。隣のショッピングセンターや駅からそれほど遠くなく、徒歩圏内です。次回もここで予約します。

ホテルは交通の便の良い古いホテルで、ショッピングモールとその隣の薬局に非常に近いです。ホテル内にモールへの通路もあり大変便利です。 RISDスクールからも徒歩約15分です。全体的には良いです。サービススタッフもとても親切で、お願いすれば親切に対応してくれます。

ホテルはブラウンのすぐ近くにあり、周囲の環境は安全で清潔です。隣にはたくさんのスーパーマーケットやレストランがあり、2階にはスターバックスもあります。ホテルの朝はロビーに無料のコーヒーがあり、とても美味しかったです。

check in後跟前台要了牙刷，等了2個多小時還沒送過來，期間打過2次電話催促，未果，對服務很失望。
酒店入住時間是下午四點，1點左右到付了25的early check in fee，價格ok。但是，沒有拖鞋非常非常不方便，大家注意一下吧！

Hampton Inn in Pawtucket was in a perfect spot for us to stay at for the night on our way home from Acadia National Park. Everything was perfect; it was a clean, comfortable room and we slept well. Breakfast had many choices for my family, the waffles were delicious.

The hotel is in a super great location, just a 5-minute walk from Providence train station. The hotel receptionist was very nice to help our check-in process very fast. The washing machine and dryer facilities are located on the 7th floor. 30mins use cost $2 (need to change quarter coins at reception. Detergent is also available at reception costing $2).
The room is large and cozzy, comfortable and extremely big king size bed. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but the blanket is very comfortable.
Japanese supermarket Maruichi is just a 7-minute walk distance, where sells frozen, fresh food, grocery, and ready to eat sushi and rice. The hotel staff suggested to go to Trader Joe's, which is 1 mile away, to have more fruits and vegetable choices. The 7-Eleven runs 24hrs just right at the corner, so shopping is very convenient.
The breakfast has a wide range of variety: cereal, bagel, toast, pancake, juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, sausage, fried or boiled eggs.
It only takes 10 minutes to walk from hotel to Brown University and RISD. There are many steep slopes along the way, but the view of the city from the commanding heights is very beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suite

ニューヨークからロードアイランドまで車で行き、学校を訪問し、アロフトに滞在します。レセプションの兄弟は非常に暖かく、朝に無料のコーヒー👍があることを思い出しました。部屋は清潔で広としていて、デザインに満ちています。ホテルのバレーパーキングに35ドルを選択するか、隣の駐車場に駐車することを選択できます(近くの多くの駐車場は約20ドルです)。ロードアイランド芸術アカデミーとブラウンまで徒歩圏内です。近くに食事をする場所はあまりなく、夜は少し不便ですが、日中は食べ物を探すためにダウンタウンまで歩くことができます。お勧め!

ゲゲストI am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run.
Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience. Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless.
My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother.
Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :)
Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

CChristopherA very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.

ゲゲストThe hotel was very clean, super nice rooms, comfortable mattresses. The beds are VERY high so a step stool would be so helpful for getting in and out. Just something you could slide beneath the bed. Also there were no spoons or stirrers or napkins, if you wanted to make coffee in the handy kitchenette area. And it would be very nice to have at least one comfortable chair in the room if you want to sit with a cup of tea or coffee - otherwise you have to climb up and sit on the bed, or on the not-so-comfortable, but handy, bench at the foot of the bed.
