Additionally, the facilities met our needs effectively, making our time there comfortable.」

「Historical hotel that retains its charm. Beautiful interiors, charming rooms, classic style furniture. I would expect better quality products for breakfast in this kind of hotel.」

「great location and very nice staff!」

「Excellent location, Only 15 minutes walk away from the Central train station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the nearby area. Walking distance to the old district.  Room is very clean and spacious, bed is very comfy with good air conditioning. Staff very helpful, friendly and helpful. Recommends this to anybody who visits Den Haag.」

「Great design, classic style, and an excellent location in the heart of The Hague. The hotel is conveniently close to several tram stops, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the housekeeping could be improved. I'm not particularly picky, nor was I inspecting corners looking for flaws, but as soon as I entered the room I noticed a large white stain on the chair—what looked like a souvenir from a previous guest. It was quite obvious and, in my opinion, something that should be easy to remove with basic cleaning supplies. The hair dryer also looked rather worn and overdue for replacement. These are small details, but they are the kind of things that guests notice immediately and could easily be addressed with a bit more attention from the cleaning staff. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room at a very pleasant temperature. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning in the future, especially if the housekeeping standards are improved.」
