Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

とてもよく管理されているコテージです。午後9時半過ぎにチェックインしましたが、事前に玄関のコードや部屋、バスルーム、キッチンに関する詳細がホテルから提供されていたため、チェックインに問題はありませんでした。到着すると、部屋の鍵とWiFiのパスワードがテーブルに置いてありました。ウェルカムフルーツバスケットとミネラルウォーターもありました。もう一つ非常に重要な設備は、完全に無料のガレージ駐車でした。そうでなければ、市内で25ドルの駐車料金を支払う必要があったかもしれません。ジェイソンのお母様はとても親切で、朝食も作ってくれました。キッチンの備品も自由に使うことができました。非接触型のセルフチェックイン・チェックアウトでした。部屋はとても快適でよく眠れました。バスルームの備品も十分でした。近くのトラムも利用しやすく、クレジットカードやPrestoカードがあれば誰でも簡単に移動できます。

この場所はおしゃれなエリアにあり、近くには素敵な公園があり、美味しいレストランなども近くにあります。アクセスも簡単です。 スタッフはほぼいつでも対応してくれました。 現在、専用駐車場はありません（工事中）。どうしても駐車場が必要な場合は、予約前にもう一度ご確認ください。 共用スペースは清潔で、客室のアメニティはやや少なめですが、きちんと整頓されており、ぐっすりと休むことができます。

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Host, schöne Einrichtung und Service, zu Fuß zu Restaurant und Bars

Good location with great view. Airbnb accommodation with no on-site staff despite that I requested a regular hotel on the booking website. Host is friendly and responsive. Room is reasonably clean. Towels are worn out and not clean enough. No free homemaking service, $50 for each cleaning if requested. Only two tiny garbage bins provided which fill up very quickly. Only two elevators stopping at my floor which often leads to long wait. The door to bedroom is very narrow. Bedroom is tiny with a big bed which makes walking inside rather difficult. When air-conditioning is on, the machine makes loud banging noise from time to time.

This place we affectionately call Nana's. We felt right at home and suitably looked after. The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast. 10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps). Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too. Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

Stayed in the deluxe double with private bath. Self check in service was convenient with straightforward instructions. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely felt more cozy than a hotel. Most guests were respectful of the noise level with the exception of the guy across the hall who didn’t know the concept of using an inside voice but that’s no fault of the host. Reserved parking was a plus as I didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Will stay again the next time I’m in Toronto!

WOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!
