これは、旧市街の路地の中に位置している親密な5-room施設であるため、車はドアの階段で乗客を落とすことはできません。空港から港のバス停まで8ユーロのシャトルバスに乗るのに十分に簡単です。そこからマカランのスタッフがあなたに会い、ホテルまで荷物を持って行きます。10-minute歩いてください。
朝食はアラカルトで、ペストリー/トースト、コールドカットの卵、デザート、紅茶、コーヒー、ジュースの3つのコースで構成されています。食品の量と品質は十分である。
私の部屋は十分に快適でしたが、2つの問題が目立っていました:
平らな綿のベッドシーツの代わりに、ジャージのようなものから成るシートが取り付けられ、マットレスプロテクターのようなものに見えました。これは、はるかに滑らかな綿のキルトカバーとは対照的に、丸く粗いものでした。これをスタッフに注意を向けたとき、彼らはこれがホテルの標準であると説明しました。睡眠の質には影響しませんでしたが、シートの粗さは完全に快適ではありませんでした

Pro - very close to the Golden Gate and is easy to find. Check in is straightforward. The room is on the first floor above ground so it wasn't the most difficult thing to lift our luggages up.
Con - (1) the actual room looks nothing like the pictures online. The online pictures (taken with wide lens mode) show the room to be much larger and brighter, whereas the room is in fact very small and relatively poorly lit. For one, the bed is literally two footsteps away from the door, and we were struggling to find space to open our luggages.
(2) One of the beds in the room is in fact a sofa bed, but the property did not declare this when we booked. We spent a lot of time trying to book places which do not use sofa beds but actual beds, and so we can't help but feel that we were misled and misrepresented to.
(3) There is a bit of noise. The property is right next to the road and near a pub with some rowdy youths at times.
(4) Facilities are minimal. There is only one chair, and the table is very small. Everything else is basic. Nothing luxurious about it despite its name and the photos.
(5) There is no lift at the property.
We would not have chosen this property if we had a second chance.

写真通り、とても清潔で居心地の良いゲストハウスです。まるで自宅にいるかのような快適さが備わっており、快適に過ごせます。客室にはインターネット接続可能なテレビが備わっており、NetflixやYouTubeを簡単に視聴でき、リラックスしたり、ゲストと過ごしたりできます。キッチンには冷蔵庫があり、食料や冷たい飲み物を保管するのに便利です。ゲストハウスは市内中心部に位置し、旧市街から徒歩わずか5分、ビーチや港にも近いため、旅行の拠点として最適です。
オーナーはとても親切で、空港送迎も提供していますが、事前にメールで確認することをお勧めします。
車でお越しの場合は、駐車場が少し不便になる場合がありますのでご注意ください。ゲストハウスの裏に駐車スペースはありますが、数に限りがあり、見つけにくい場合もあるため、事前に計画を立てることをお勧めします。
全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。この地域を訪れる方にはぜひお勧めします！

ロケーションは抜群で、市内中心部に位置し、旧市街まで徒歩わずか5分です。ビーチや港にも非常に近いので、観光や散策の拠点として最適です。
ホストはとてもフレンドリーで、空港送迎サービスを提供しています。リスティングの詳細をご確認の上、事前にホストにメールで連絡して手配することをお勧めします。
一つ注意点があります。車でお越しの場合、駐車場が少し分かりにくい場合があります。アパートメントの裏に駐車スペースがいくつかありますが、見つけにくいため、車でお越しの方には少し不便に感じるかもしれません。

ゲスト部屋は素晴らしく、とても清潔でした。南向きのバルコニー付きの部屋に泊まれて幸運でした。バルコニーは暑さがこもりやすかったですが。中心部に位置し、近くにはたくさんのショップ、バー、レストランがあります。
残念だったのは、Wi-Fiの速度が平均的で、ホテル全体で数人が接続するとかなり遅くなったことです。これはよくあることです。テレビはGrundigというブランドで、聞いたことのない名前で、スマート設定機能もありません。スマホやiPadを映す機能はありますが。唯一の問題は、インターネットの速度が遅いと認識されないことがあることです…新しいテレビに買い替えた方がいいでしょう！
コミュニケーションの改善が必要です。チェックインを担当してくれた男性は、何か質問があれば連絡するようにと言っていましたが、実際に連絡しましたが、返信はありませんでした。使用済みのタオルをホテルの受付に預け、新しい清潔なタオルを受け取るシステムがあれば良いと思います。
上記の些細な点が他のゲストの全体的な体験を低下させているので、この建設的なフィードバックが改善されることを願っています。

これは、私たちの元のホテルが私たちの予約を持っていなかったため、急いで予約しました。通常、レビューなどを通過するのにかなりの時間を費やしますが、アズール宮殿(ホテル?)では、それは必要不可欠なケースでした。
残念ながら、私たちはデラックスダブルを予約しましたが、同様の4つ星ホテルのデラックスルームには一致しませんでした。私はこれをレセプションに言及しましたが、彼らは本当に興味がありませんでした。

Excellent location right in the centre of great restaurants and the tourism hotspots. The room and bathtub are great. Good wifi and television box for plenty of viewing options. Rooftop garden/outdoor area is amazing at sunset (see attached photos). A couple of things to prepare yourself for which are out of the control of the hotel owners: there are 90 steps to the floor where the rooms are so would not recommend if you are physically challenged, and the restaurants in the square do have music till quite late which is audible in the rooms so light sleepers may like to try ear plugs. Sound did not bother us and the walk up the stairs was good for our health! The whole of the city has bell ringing at various times during the day (7am, Midday, 8pm) No need to set an alarm to wake up in the morning!

I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!
