Nice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

建物は素晴らしい場所にあります-ジェノヴァ ブリニョール駅まで徒歩 5 分、サン ビチェンツォ通りまで数分。とても素敵な入り口と公共スペースのある歴史的な宮殿です。部屋自体はきれいで素敵で、美しいバルコニーがありました。ホストは非常に歓迎し、街に関する有用な情報を提供し、クッキーのような部屋にいくつかの追加情報も提供しました:)

Propriétaire réactif mais prix qui change trop,je voulais rajouter une nuit mais je n'est trouver personne le matin et je ne trouver plus le numéro de téléphone bug de l'application (devrait rajouter numéro a contacter dans la chambre) manque le café et fonctionnement de la clim/chauffage a revoir sinon très bon rapport qualité-prix pour le prix que j'ait payer bon lit propre confortable bonne douche wc.

いったんホテル（？）ではなく（価格を見て）だからといって、エアビアンビーやゲストハウスでもない。朝食はすぐ近くのカフェで利用可能なクーポンを提供しています。 （写真参照、価格を見てください）
水を買って行きます。すぐ近くに「DORO」というスーパーマーケットがあります。そんなに遅くまでしないようだ。もう少しメイン通りに行く途中には24時間営業する小さなところもありました。 （行かなかったし、水くらいあるように）
とにかくコスパ最高！駅ビル2階とはラッキービキじゃない？

21時以降に到着しない限り、予約する前にどこにも現れないのが好きではありません。私はこの男の子が21:30に私たちを迎えに来て、ドアコードをくれ、料金を請求するのが好きです。彼はまた私たちのファイル...を撮りました。
ホテルは中心部にあり、これは利点です。
最悪の場合、駐車時間なしで、エリアの駐車場、さらには夜間の駐車場でさえあります。

YYun SanStayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ):
Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well.
Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area.
Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators
Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

ゲゲストPerfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!

it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal
the price of the stay was excellence
breakfast too good to be true
quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre
reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me
need to communicate with email or pgone if possible
will try to come back later when well prepare 😊

MMarkjaxThis is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere.

JjpactionCristina was a wonderful hostess and the owners were also on premises and extremely friendly and helpful. Views are amazing! What else can I say, breakfast was lonely with one of the best espressos I have had anywhere. Rooms are clean, comfortable with good water pressure and perfect hot water. The whole team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, from helping with taxis, luggage and dinner reservations. Bottom line: my wife and I will stay here again.

ゲゲストRoom had everything we needed, free parking was arranged as well. Little more attention to detail would be making it even better (wrinkly older towels, stains on the bed sheets, battery low on the ac remote).
The host communicated well and sufficient.
Stayed two nights when visiting cinque terre, I’d recommend to go and stay at one of the villages.

ゲゲストI really loved this cute hotel. A great location, easy access to the heart of Levanto. And everything we needed for a 3 day stay.
We could get the train or ferry to Cinque Terre towns and also enjoyed getting to Bonassola and Porto Venere while staying in this gorgeous part of Italy.
Staff were very, very helpful and our room was tidied everyday.
