満室だったのでこのホテルに1泊しました! ): 賢明な場所-素晴らしい。ラスペツィア駅から徒歩圏内、徒歩わずか8分。荷物で管理可能。市内中心部と港まで歩いても簡単で、約15分です。良い場所のため、交通費に費やす必要はありません!近くには水を汲むお店がたくさんあり、300m先にはカルフールもあります。地元のお店がたくさんある安全エリア。 部屋はとても広としていて清潔です。ベッドは快適です。イタリア人のように冷やす素敵なバルコニーがあります。彼らは基本的なトイレ設備と2本の水さえ提供します。トイレはきれいです。悪いのは、水圧が非常に遅いため、入浴時間が長いことです。ただし、広くて広とした部屋がそれを補います。部屋もぐっすり眠れるとても静かです。私はとてもよく眠りました。 チェックインオフィスは、ホテルから約100m離れた別の場所にあります。同じエリアではないことに注意してください。 プラスポイントは、プロパティにはヘビー級の荷物用の小さなエレベーターがあったことです。ほとんどのイタリアの建物にはエレベーターがありません 間違いなくこの場所をお勧めします!非常に便利で手頃な価格。強くお勧めします!

Perfect location, just a few minutes from the train station and metro. The building is beautiful and inside the place is beautifully decorated, rooms too. The staff super personal, delightful and very helpful.Really recommend.

部屋も清潔さも良かったのですが、事前にチェックインの明確な指示がありませんでした。エレベーターはありますが、私たちが泊まった部屋の階まではアクセスできません。また、朝食は1階にあるパティスリーで、温かい飲み物とクロワッサン1つだけでしたが、クーポンをどこで入手すればよいのか、ここでも明確な指示はありませんでした。

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

住所に行かないでください！駅から出るとすぐに、マクドナルドの看板の間に入り口があります。私のようにランダムな住所に行くと、固く閉まった扉に直面して戸惑うことができます。別のレビュアーを見ると重いキャリア引っ張っていって道路駅に戻ってくる生高生を... いったんホテル（？）ではなく（価格を見て）だからといって、エアビアンビーやゲストハウスでもない。朝食はすぐ近くのカフェで利用可能なクーポンを提供しています。 （写真参照、価格を見てください） 水を買って行きます。すぐ近くに「DORO」というスーパーマーケットがあります。そんなに遅くまでしないようだ。もう少しメイン通りに行く途中には24時間営業する小さなところもありました。 （行かなかったし、水くらいあるように） とにかくコスパ最高！駅ビル2階とはラッキービキじゃない？

De accommodatie bevindt zich in hartje centrum. Dichtbij de haven. We werden heel fijn ontvangen en geholpen tot in ons appartement. Indien gewenst wordt er elke dag schoongemaakt door een heel vriendelijke vrouw. Airco werkt prima. Gezamenlijke keuken is goed met oven/magnetron, mist alleen een kookvoorziening.

a good place to stay if you have a car or able to catch the bus to get up or afford to pay 25 euro to get a taxi it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal the price of the stay was excellence breakfast too good to be true quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me need to communicate with email or pgone if possible will try to come back later when well prepare 😊

This is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. 

Cristina was a wonderful hostess and the owners were also on premises and extremely friendly and helpful. Views are amazing! What else can I say, breakfast was lonely with one of the best espressos I have had anywhere. Rooms are clean, comfortable with good water pressure and perfect hot water. The whole team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, from helping with taxis, luggage and dinner reservations. Bottom line: my wife and I will stay here again.
