快適な体験でした。チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きはスムーズでした。名前の通り、パーフェクトホストのスタッフが部屋まで案内し、デジタルドアロックの使い方を教えてくれました。とても親切なスタッフです。 部屋は広くて清潔で、ヘアドライヤー、アイロン、清潔なマットレス、タオルが備わっており、シャワージェルはいい香りがします。ただ、シャワーキャップがあればもっとよかったです。（シャワーエリアの壁は寝室とつながっているので、カーテンを下ろしたり上げたりできます） 便利なのは大きなプラスで、階下にママックとナシアヤム（鸡粒饭）のレストランがあります（レストランで朝食を食べているときに、MYfmの美しいDJの1人がグルメ番組をやっているのを見られたのがラッキーでした）。マコタパレード、ダタランパラワンメガモール、ハッテンスクエアなど、いくつかのモールが徒歩圏内にあります。夜はジョンカー ストリートまで簡単に乗れますし、ホテルから 15 分ほど歩くだけでも楽しめます。 このエリアは夜になると風が吹き抜け、近くにはマッサージ センターがいくつかあります。滞在中のハイライトは屋上のプールでした。景色も良く、本当に楽しめました。全体的にとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ステイケーションにはこのホテルをおすすめします。

We really enjoy our stay at The Nest House. It is clean and simple yet having everything you need to have a wonderful time to relax and explore vibrant and cultural Melaka. I particularly like the idea of refilling water bottles and this little act save the planets and better drinking water overall. Location is great it is close enough to town but allow quiet time out of the busiest area. Highly recommend this accommodation!

チェックインはとても簡単で、プロパティは町の近くの便利な場所にあり、非常にアクセスしやすいです。場所も静かで清潔で、手入れが行き届いています。 チェックアウト時間に注意すべきことの1つ:多くのゲストが同じ期間にチェックアウトするので、降りる前に最初にエレベーターに乗るのが最善です。そうでなければ、群衆と交通量に応じて長い列で待つことがあります😅 全体的に、それは素晴らしい滞在でした、そしてホストが細心の注意を払って反応してくれたことに感謝します。

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

Easy check in process.. But if you need extra hours after check out time, you need confirmation from the host or you will be locked from outside with your belonging still inside the house.. It happened to us when we came back from registering our daughter nearby univ. at 12.10 ..check out time 12.00..our beloging still inside the resident and we cannot enter the resident using the same passcode given earlier.Overall the apartment was very nice and cosy..

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently. The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly. Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

The unit is very well maintained despite the building being quite old. The agent was also very responsive. However, the cleanliness of the unit could still be improved. The floor was slightly sticky, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, possibly due to the piping. Overall, it’s a good stay, and you can tell that the management is very considerate in many aspects. The unit faces the road, so it can be a little noisy. Noise tolerance may vary from person to person; for me, it was still bearable. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a mak rempit event, which affected the experience somewhat.

Don’t be put off by the exterior — the room is very clean, comfortable, and the bed is great to sleep on. It comes with everything you need, and the location is extremely convenient. There are also plenty of parking spaces right in front of the homestay, which is definitely a big plus. Highly recommended!

部屋は清潔で整頓されており、よく整備されています。衣類を乾燥させるためのバルコニー、無料の洗濯機、沸騰したお湯と氷水を提供する無料のウォーターサーバー、共用キッチンとバスルームがあります。立地も非常に良く、オランダレッドビルなどの主要観光スポットまで徒歩10分程度でアクセスできます。最も重要なことは、家主がユーモアがあるだけでなく、非常に熱心であるということです。私はもともとマラッカに1日だけ滞在する予定だったので、彼の家に1日だけ部屋を予約しました。その後彼のホテルが満室だったため、予約を更新できず、別のホテルを予約しなければなりませんでした。大家さんは私を別のホテルまで車で連れて行ってくれただけでなく、そのホテルの複雑なチェックイン手続きも手伝ってくれました（現地の言葉とアプリの利点を活かした家主の助けがなかったら、私はそうしなかったかもしれません）まったく正常にチェックインできました）。とても感動しました！宿泊することを強くお勧めします！
