This apartment is located in the historic Clark-Leonard House (circa 1887), in the Near South Neighborhood, 7 blocks from the Capitol and a mile from downtown Lincoln, this delightful 2nd floor apartment offers a comfortable stay for guests. There are other (long-term) apartments on the property and in the house, however this is the only short-term rental. The main room has a queen bed, and the sunroom has a 2nd queen size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and amenities - hairdryer, shampoo, and other toiletries. The unit has a new mini-split A/C heat pump in the main room and smaller a/c heat pump in the second room. The unit has Wi-Fi, a Roku smart TV, a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a hot plate, glasses, cups, dishes and flatware. There is a small marble top table and chairs. A washing machine & dryer are available just outside the unit on the same level. There is a pool table on the first floor where you enter, and you are welcome to play pool. The yard is available to you, with tables, chairs, flowers (in season), and a fountain to enjoy. Pets need to be on a leash at all times. We could work something out with the dog area. We have 2 large friendly dogs on the property, Jake & Elwood. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lincoln has to offer. We have street parking and security cameras.
