Nice cozy place with a wonderful, friendly staff. Good location close to the city center and Grand Central Railway station. The shared area is rather big and nice decorated. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are warm and homely. 1 bathroom for 10 beds may be too low, but I've never been in a queue.

Just a few steps to birmingham coach station. For solo traveller,be careful if you arrive at midnight because the road to the hostel is dark and no people on the road. Except for the weekend there is a bar and few drunk people. The hostel is nice and the room is comfortable except if you have chinese roomate that always make a noise at night. Locker is available and make sure you have your own padlock. Wifi conmection very good,the lady at the counter also very nice and helpful.

Quite nice. Very clean and good to have parking available. A bit out of the way with some weird one way streets. But a great choice if you have a car.

Nice place, location quite good, just a little bit far but overall it’s very fine. A lots of restaurants available nearby.

Spent the night here because our bathroom was being refurbished. Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. It's quite a way from the road so very quiet.
