最初は、別のホステルに移る前に一泊だけ滞在したかったので、ここが手頃な宿だと思ってここに泊まりました。夜遅くに到着したのですが、事前に連絡をくれてホステルの場所を教えてくれたガブリエルさんが迎えてくれました。最初はただの挨拶だろうと思って、あまり期待していなかったのですが、到着してみるとまるで母親が家に帰ってきたように温かく迎えてくれました。ガブリエルさんの妹のダイアナさんも同じように温かく迎えてくれて、午後に私が戻ってきた時にも出迎えてくれました。ダイアナさんとガブリエルさんの区別がつかなかったので、最初はガブリエルさんと間違えてしまいました（笑）。 ちなみに、ホステルはとても清潔で、いい香りがして、寝室も素晴らしかったので、さらに3泊延長しました。ぜひご自身で体験してみてください。私が保証します。それから2週間後、マランに戻ってまたここに泊まったのですが、まるで家に帰ってきたような気分でした（笑）。 値段も手頃です。サービスは5つ星で、まるで家にいるような居心地の良さでした❤️ マランにまた来たら、必ずここに泊まります。色々なことを相談したり、道案内や食事のアドバイスをもらったりできるからです。 ガブリエルさん、ダイアナさん、リアさん、ありがとうございました。またお会いしましょう。

I recently stayed at Pohon Inn, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right inside Jatim Park 2, which makes it super convenient for families and tourists visiting the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and I was especially impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff—they really made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights of the experience was the breakfast area, where you can enjoy your meal with a view of tigers and bears—such a unique and unforgettable setting! The room itself felt a bit outdated, but everything worked properly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect throughout the stay. However, it’s worth noting that a hairdryer was not provided by default, and we had to request it. Despite that small issue, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Pohon Inn for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Hostel for small price! The dorm beds have huge private space, there’s a kitchen if you wanna cook, water/tea/coffee for free. Great service, they can help you with e.g. tours, restaurants, motorbikes. And it’s probably the cleanest place I’ve been to in SEA.

It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. Don't expect much. No hot water. And attached bathroom literally tiny. We arrived past midnight and left at 6 am, so it was a very short stay over. The hotel is near the train station so it's a plus. For the price you pay, don't expect much.

マランでの滞在を予定している場合は、こちらをお勧めします。 スタッフ全員がとてもフレンドリーで、内部も快適で清潔です。 本物のスタッフが絶えずきれいになっているのを見て驚き.. ボロモ火山のようなツアーも宿泊施設で予約できて楽でした。 これだけコスパとスタッフが親切だったホステルはリュックサック旅行が長くて久しぶりに見た イチオシ!!

Pelayanannya bagus, ga ada jam malam dan dikasih kunci buat masuknya. Air hangat nyala dapet handuk, sabun shampo tersedia dikasih selimut juga. Overall bagus disini meskipun lumayan jauh mau kemana mana

午後11時にチェックインしたところ、従業員はすでに帰宅しているため午後11時にチェックインすることはできないと言いました。予約があるときに部屋を尋ねると、それはできない、バーコードをスキャンして記入する必要がある、などと言われました。先に駐車したい場合は、駐車できない、屋内のバーコードを予約する必要があると言われます。そのため、サービスは非常に残念でした。私が言うまでは、すべてが不可能で時間が限られている場合は、上司にお金を返すように言ってください。 SBYに着いたのが午後11時だったから…。
