KKuailedexiaoxiaolongxia全体的には悪くありませんでした。ロビーは清潔感があり、フロントの男性スタッフの対応も親切で良かったです。
しかし、新人のマレーシア人スタッフ（ポニーテールの方）の対応には改善の余地があると感じました。英語でチェックインを伝えたのですが、全く理解できていない様子で、困惑した表情をされていました。
部屋のエアコンのスイッチが高すぎて手が届かず、夜中に切ろうと思っても電源をオフにできませんでした。これは早急に改善すべき点だと思います。
また、シャワールームの衣類フックがシャワーヘッドの真正面にあるため、シャワーを浴びると服が全て濡れてしまう配置で、これには驚きました。
さらに、トイレも汚れており、清掃が全く行き届いていないようでした。

・クイーンベッドが2台あり、それぞれにしっかりとした3つの枕（サポート力抜群）が付いています。
・エアコンの効きが良く、部屋をすぐに冷やしてくれます。
・シャワーの水圧は強く、Midea製の給湯器を使用しています。
・シーツ、タオル、枕カバーは清潔で新鮮です。
・床とトイレのタイルは裸足で歩けるほどきれいです。
・全体的に部屋の衛生状態は良好に保たれています。
アクセス・立地に関する注意点：
・客室階から5階への独立したエレベーターがあり、シティスクエアモールに面した通りに出られます。
・ホテルの主要な入り口はPublic Bankの隣の脇道にあります。

ゲゲストカプセル ポッドは清潔で、壁にもたれながらまっすぐ座れるほど広々としていました。ポッド内のエアコンは部屋ほど冷房が効かないので、その点はご注意ください。羽毛布団はかなり厚いので、夜通し使用すると暑く感じる人もいるかもしれません。また、オーナーが掲載している写真とは反対に、共用スペースはかなり暗く陰気でした。また、写真とは反対に、すべてのコンピューターはオフになっていて、LAN ルームも閉まっていたため、ゲストは使用できないと思います。間違いなく、この場所は昔より良くなったように感じます
シャワーにはヒーターもありますが、圧力を低く設定しないとお湯が出ません。圧力を最大に設定すると、なぜか水が冷たくなります。
マウント オースティンの中心部にある便利な場所なので、ほとんどの人気のレストラン、コンビニエンス ストア、さらにはジャヤ グローサリーまで徒歩 5 ～ 10 分で行くことができます
カウンターのスタッフは、おそらくオーナーのおじさんとおばさんです。彼らの態度はあまりフレンドリーではなく、会うたびにしかめっ面をされます。たぶん、それが彼らのデフォルトの表情なのでしょうが、それでもあまり歓迎されているとは感じませんでした。でもまあ、場所だけでも彼らのホスピタリティの欠点を補って余りあるものです。
