全体的には悪くありませんでした。ロビーは清潔感があり、フロントの男性スタッフの対応も親切で良かったです。
しかし、新人のマレーシア人スタッフ（ポニーテールの方）の対応には改善の余地があると感じました。英語でチェックインを伝えたのですが、全く理解できていない様子で、困惑した表情をされていました。
部屋のエアコンのスイッチが高すぎて手が届かず、夜中に切ろうと思っても電源をオフにできませんでした。これは早急に改善すべき点だと思います。
また、シャワールームの衣類フックがシャワーヘッドの真正面にあるため、シャワーを浴びると服が全て濡れてしまう配置で、これには驚きました。
さらに、トイレも汚れており、清掃が全く行き届いていないようでした。

マイルヒルホテルへの行き方：シティスクエアから歩いて、向かい側のパブリックバンクビルまで行き、その横の歩道を上って左折し、数軒の建物を通り過ぎると、ウィスマHYTが見えてきます。ホテルはインド衣料品店の隣にあります。
チェックイン時間は午後3時で、非常に厳格です。午後3時より前にチェックインする場合は、アーリーチェックイン料金がかかります。ただし、荷物タグは提供されませんが、ロビーに無料で荷物を預けることができます。荷物を預ける際は自己責任となります。
デポジットとして現金50リンギットが必要で、チェックアウト時に返金されます。チェックアウト時間は正午までで、それ以降はレイトチェックアウト料金がかかります。チェックアウトは簡単で、ルームカードを渡すと、受付係がトランシーバーでハウスキーピングに連絡し、50リンギットを返金してくれます。
館内全域で無料Wi-Fiが利用できます。パスワードはチェックインカウンターに掲示されています。
建物のエレベーターのボタンは5階です。最上階は5階で、部屋番号は9から始まります。
部屋は清潔で、ヘアドライヤー1台、ミネラルウォーター2本、使い捨て歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、シャワーキャップが備え付けられています。使い捨てスリッパとミニ冷蔵庫は部屋にはありません。
ウォーターサーバーはエレベーターホール近くの廊下にあります。
バスルーム兼トイレはフロア全体で共用です。男性用1室、女性用1室（洗面台2台、トイレ兼シャワーブース2室）です。部屋から廊下に出る必要があるため、スリッパをご持参ください。
電気をつけるには、ルームカードをカードホルダーに差し込む必要があります。名刺などをカードホルダーに差し込んで電気をつけることはできません。
客室清掃はリクエスト制です。ホテルのWhatsApp番号までメッセージをお送りください。
誤ってエアコンをファンモードに切り替えてしまったので、午前0時30分にヘルプメッセージを送ったところ、担当者が来て設定を元に戻すのを手伝ってくれました。ドアの開閉口に立っていて、部屋には入ってきませんでした。床の清潔さを尊重してくれて良かったです。床はラミネートフローリングなので裸足でも歩けますが、石鹸の匂いがしたのでスリッパを履く方が好きです。

1. Super clean even the toilet. Hallway doesn't have any bad smell
2. Take 2 room and request for connecting room.
3. Hot water access immediately at the shower. No waiting. Good water pressure.
4. Spacious room and king size bed.
5. Park at property. Can validate parking card

1. Toilet size is too small. Like it meant for kids. Even the toilet roll can touch your shoulder.
2. Pillow is too soft and flat when you lay down.
3. Iron is outside at the hall.
4. Swimming pool need to take access card first at the lobby (never mentioned when checked in until we figure out). No towel provided.
5. Aircond not cold as it supposed to be. 16degree felt like 24 degree

最近、Hashtag.Capsule.Hostel に泊まりましたが、素晴らしい体験でした。立地は最高で、オーナーはとても親切で忍耐強いです。カプセルは清潔で、2 人が快適に泊まれるほどの広さです。ただし、寝つきが悪い人は、防音効果があまりなく、私の上のカプセルはかなり揺れたので、考え直した方がいいかもしれません。全体的に、立地とサービスを考えると、滞在には良い選択です。

ARVIN KJ私のお気に入りのホテルバトゥパハットの1つ。簡単なセルフチェックインサービス。部屋に簡単にアクセスできます。とても快適なベッド。部屋の延長をお願いしましたが、支払いなしで2時間追加してくれました。ガソリンスタンドのすぐ隣。
