全体的には悪くありませんでした。ロビーは清潔感があり、フロントの男性スタッフの対応も親切で良かったです。 しかし、新人のマレーシア人スタッフ（ポニーテールの方）の対応には改善の余地があると感じました。英語でチェックインを伝えたのですが、全く理解できていない様子で、困惑した表情をされていました。 部屋のエアコンのスイッチが高すぎて手が届かず、夜中に切ろうと思っても電源をオフにできませんでした。これは早急に改善すべき点だと思います。 また、シャワールームの衣類フックがシャワーヘッドの真正面にあるため、シャワーを浴びると服が全て濡れてしまう配置で、これには驚きました。 さらに、トイレも汚れており、清掃が全く行き届いていないようでした。

ホテルの部屋は広くて清潔で、基本的なアメニティはもちろん、それ以上の設備も充実していました。4人家族がゆったり食事ができるダイニングテーブルもありました。電子レンジとミニ冷蔵庫も完備され、エアコンも快適でした。これらすべてが大変お得な価格で利用できました。CIQからホテルまでは徒歩約5～8分で、アマリホテルを経由してホテルまで行くことができます。共用廊下には給水器があり、温水と冷水を補充できます。スタッフは親切で対応も丁寧でした。 注意すべき点は、エレベーターが1基しかないことと、最寄りのセブンイレブンがアマリホテル内にあり、徒歩圏内にあることです。周辺には飲食店も多数あります。 建物は5階建てなので、これらの点は些細な問題と言えるでしょう。 それでも、また利用したいと思います。

カプセル ポッドは清潔で、壁にもたれながらまっすぐ座れるほど広々としていました。ポッド内のエアコンは部屋ほど冷房が効かないので、その点はご注意ください。羽毛布団はかなり厚いので、夜通し使用すると暑く感じる人もいるかもしれません。また、オーナーが掲載している写真とは反対に、共用スペースはかなり暗く陰気でした。また、写真とは反対に、すべてのコンピューターはオフになっていて、LAN ルームも閉まっていたため、ゲストは使用できないと思います。間違いなく、この場所は昔より良くなったように感じます シャワーにはヒーターもありますが、圧力を低く設定しないとお湯が出ません。圧力を最大に設定すると、なぜか水が冷たくなります。 マウント オースティンの中心部にある便利な場所なので、ほとんどの人気のレストラン、コンビニエンス ストア、さらにはジャヤ グローサリーまで徒歩 5 ～ 10 分で行くことができます カウンターのスタッフは、おそらくオーナーのおじさんとおばさんです。彼らの態度はあまりフレンドリーではなく、会うたびにしかめっ面をされます。たぶん、それが彼らのデフォルトの表情なのでしょうが、それでもあまり歓迎されているとは感じませんでした。でもまあ、場所だけでも彼らのホスピタリティの欠点を補って余りあるものです。

The checkin guide only provided same day 2pm which is a bit late. Overall room is spacious and okay, with dining table, TV, wifi and small sofa. The only issue is the present of quite some mosquitoes...
