The room was spacious, affordable, and came with free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The location and price make this hotel seem like a good option for budget travelers.
However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases.
The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest.
Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

ААлександра ХНаходится в самом центре. Комната простая с удобствами( туалет душ в номере). Все просто и чисто. Если вы хотите тишины , то ее не будет. На первом этаже бар, где поют до 12:00 ночи. Но меня это не напрягало. Очень классная хозяйка Фили, радушная, с теплом ко мне относилась. Кормила, дарила маленькие презенты. Несколько раз возила меня на пляжи.

SSteve C. SyWe stay for 7 nights. The Aircon is very good. Place is quiet. Accessible to almost everything. Very satisfied. For budget traveller, I highly recommend this place.

ゲゲストI chose this hostel based on YouTube recommendation.
Location is perfect, very close to Cloud 9 and Jacking horse surf shop (where i took surfing classes). It's not very noisy area, quite secluded from nearby shops and hotels. Which is perfect.
Carlos at the reception was very very helpful and friendly. I took all the recommendations on restaurants, shops, laundry places. You can also rent a bike from the hotel. Besides there is a good community, they organize pizza nights, outings together, which is super fun if u are travelling alone and want to make friends. People that stay in this hostel are mostly Europeans. I did not have issues with sleeping in a room, everyone was respectful and clean.
Bed has a curtain for privacy, light, locker and quite enough space. Showers are clean and i was lucky with hot showers. Overall, very good experience and def would come back again.

匿匿名ユーザーとても愛らしい甘いハスミン(彼らの犬)と遊ぶのを楽しみました。しかし、部屋に関しては、広としていますが、シロアリが生息し始めているので、害虫対策が必要です。また、その匂いが強まり始めています。スタッフは素晴らしく、エリアは良いです。 CRは素晴らしいです。それは大きいです。唯一の問題はホットシャワーです。 50°Cまで自動的に上がる水の度合いを下げるオプションはありません。

ゲゲストThe location was difficult to get to. There was no signal, but they provide a free mini van transfer from McDonald’s to the hostel, really enjoyed my stay there the beds were massive and private. Aircon was really good really clean good breakfast included. The view was absolutely incredible.!! Zip line was 600 pieces just around the corner. Best views on the trip.

ゲゲストGreat hostel for the price you pay, the location is really close to the beach but a little distance away from Siargao centre so I’d highly recommend getting a scooter for hire. Make sure you pack bug spray because being so close to the beach meant there was a lot of mosquitoes!

IIlyaThere was no mirror in the room, and the chairs in the room were disproportionately low compared to the table, making it difficult for me to work
It would be perfect if the stairs up were cleaned several times a day because all the dirt from it goes into the room
But overall the vibe is good.
