ゲゲストThe gentleman at the front desk was very kind, and the ladies who were cleaning in the morning were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked incredibly well - those were my two biggest wants. And the room was very quiet. I know there were guests on both sides of our room (we met in the hallway), but you never heard a sound from in the room.
That being said, there was a LOT of loose hair on the floor behind our bathroom door and on the sink counter, even on my pillow (thankfully I travel with a pillow from home to sleep directly on). The extra safety lock on the door was broken - it looked like the door had been forced open in the past. Finally, there was also a pill on the floor under my daughter's bed - a quick Google search said it was a rapid release Tylenol. While that wasn't a huge deal for us - my teen isn't going to pop random hotel floor pills - it might be a bigger deal for someone traveling with a young toddler.
In defense of the hotel, the front desk clerk asked me if the room was okay when I went to get ice right after we unloaded. I hadn't found any of those things yet, and I'm sure they would have tried to help us by either cleaning it or moving us. We were both exhausted and we're only staying one night, so we chose to just go to sleep.

ゲゲストI didn't use the amenities. The breakfast was good. The room was cold until I figured out the heating system. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

ゲゲスト私のシャワーヘッドはうまく設置されていませんでした。高すぎて角度が下がりませんでした。 2つの電球が機能していませんでした。ベッドの近くに便利なプラグはありません。フロントデスクの人は英語をあまり話さず、携帯電話を旅行の仲間(シャワーがより良い別の部屋で)に渡して、英語が上手な人と話しました。ここで部屋を二度と予約しません。全体的にそれはひどくはありませんでしたが、必要なものではありません。

JJellyBean88sThe staff is amazing! The housekeeper noticed a spider in a corner and right away she took care of it. Then they offered to move me to a different room. I appreciated they were going to all that trouble over a tiny little spider lol but no need to go to all that trouble for a little thing like that. Especially when it's that time of year for those little critters to try and make their way inside.

ゲゲストThis was a nice little hotel near many good restaurants. At first when we first checked in, the concierge was crabby, but when our rooms A/C wasn't working, he came up checked it out thoroughly and said he could put us into another room once he checked the other rooms A/C to make sure it was working. It was a smaller room, but during a heat wave with A/C, it was great!

JJ SantosWell , the staff and his name is Keith he is a great guy very nice and accommodating. The room is just ok. Bathroom is less than ok. Our sink was keep clogging and toilet has stained and when u flush the toilet so loud and slow. Whats the best on our stay was just staff especially Keith. Keep up the good work Keith
