According to the booking Amenities the room :
1. has a mountain view but I did NOT get the Mountain view.
2. is on the ground floor not 1st floor as indicated in the booking
3. NO TV in my room
Except for the concierge Service NONE of the Luxury Privileges mention in the booking was offered.
I was a not happy with that.
But I do want to give a shoutout to Mr Sung Yu (I hope I got his name correct) for taking care of us through out our stay there.

Excellent service, fast response to all inquires. The hotel is in charge of taking you to the train station, as well as to the ski lift. Nice interior and comfortable rooms. It would be great to have a dryer for ski equipment, either in the room or just in the hotel.
This might be the best hotel in Yabuli. I couldn't describe how welcomed we felt by owner Ms Jiang upon stepping into this hotel. The hospitality we received from the owner and crews were top notch! In conjunction with winter solstice, Ms Jiang even served us some of her homemade dumplings and a slice of tiramisu cake! This hotel was spotless clean, modern, Room was spacious, comfortable, and came with all the expensive branded appliances, Toto bidet, Dyson hair dryer, and even SMEG kettle?! 😍 Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and best hotel throughout my trip to China so far! Will definitely stay here again should there be a repeat visit to Yabuli. Thanks for the hospitality Ms Jiang ❤️
The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring.
The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement.
Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.
