Located on the main channel of Lake Hamilton, this property is clean, modern and comfortable and comes complete with beautiful lake views. The condo sleeps up to 6 people. We have year-round water! Conveniently located near everything in Hot Springs. It's a 10 minute drive to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino; 10 minutes to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park; 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Hot Springs; 8 minutes to Mid-America Museum; and 15 minutes to Garvin Woodland Gardens! There is also a public park called called "Hill Wheatley" which is a 7 minute drive away which boasts a small sand beach ideal for swimming and children.This is also a great place to launch your boat. You will put your boat in at Hill Wheatley park and hop across the main channel to our boat dock.We have covered parking for your vehicle or your boat trailer.
