The hotel room smelled like cigarettes, dirty clothes under the couch from previous guests. Dirty pantyhose under the desk from previous guest.. not sure our room was even cleaned before our 2 week stay. I asked for some type of compensation and the manager didn’t help us at all or send anyone to clean our room. They did not offer to switch rooms with to something cleaner. The pool was swamp green and stunk bad. Trash lined the halls during our entire stay.

The sofa bed should still be a bed, not a slab of concrete. I had to ask for the sheets for the sofa bed. Property smelled bad.

I’m not sure where the 4/5 star reviews are coming from . The TownPlace Suites by Marriott 1784 on Tribute Road is not a place I would ever return to or recommend. It’s understaffed, smells like a smokers hotel, they don’t communicate clearly and what they have advertised on ******* is false advertisement. They are undergoing construction; failed to let us know that the TVs would not work an entire day and that they were turning off the hot water from 10 am - 6 pm . And our key cards stopped working at 10 am the day we had check out at 11 am . The pool is green; not sure if they have just given up on it. Find a different place there are many options in the area .

It was lack luster for a Marriott .. I wanted to stay another night but the hotel didn’t have the stay another night desire . Not the Marriotts I’m use to .

Always an amazing experience. Every single person on their staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful… from housekeepers to front desk. They don’t miss!

This is an excellent hotel. Spacious room, comfy beds, very clean. I couldn’t ask for more in the room. The breakfast was good as well with great strong coffee. My only nitpicks are the other guest noise, construction noise and the lack of handicap parking spots.

There was construction taking place and at 7 am on a Sunday morning they started the construction. Had I known there was construction taking place I would have stayed somewhere else.

Although I was able to check in an hour early, they did not warn me that the carpet in the room was freshly shampooed, so I found out the carpet was wet when I removed my shoes. Having a full-sized microwave, refrigerator, and a cook top was convenient. The lady serving breakfast was so kind.

My room had hair in the shower from pervious tenant, the shower drain got clogged while showering, the bathroom sink faucet splashes water everywhere, and the close door is jammed and has to be yanked forcefully in order for it to open all the way.

Breakfast lady is very friendly, housekeeping lady is doing good work. Close to freeway in and out

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The Fire Alarm went off all night. They said it was a false alarm, but I couldn't sleep and everytime I tried, the alarm would wake me up again. I called the front destlk and they simply said they didn't know what was going on and kept hanging up on me.

Clean room. Excellent service. Decent location. Food Shopping
