The hotel location was not as convenient as the other reviews said. It’s at the convention centre area instead of downtown and thus we needed to take buses to go to the downtown or other destinations every day. Luckily the bus stops were near the hotel. A small comment was that the housekeeping could be slightly more efficient. They said one minute every time but it could be a couple of hours.

It was a pleasant stay although the services were somehow slow. The receptionists were so friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing for families.

I always like staying in Rotana hotel groups because the service is always good. Especially when trip offers better price some time. Very nice hotel.

This hotel is one of the best hotel I've ever seen. Especially gratrful to MAZHAR who does perfect cleaning my room everyday. He is world best hotel employee. I was really lucky to meet him. I have no doubt that I will choose this hotel next time again because MAZHAR.

I am living here at arjaan capital centre since February and I can say nothing but good words about all the workers; they make really comfortable and pleasant my stay; it is always a good and happy atmosphere which makes me feel like at home. I would like to extend my thanks to all mandarin team members and special mention to Mazhar, for having my room always clean and for his special care for all details.

House keeping team( Manju) was always ready to help as I am travelling with kids i needed frequent cleaning because we went for desert safari and also swimming pool was good and temperature was controlled and chlorine level is maintained and the team was very helpful.

Capital Center Arjaan, one of the best hotels for business and family stays in Abu Dhabi. I have been at the hotel for approximately 45 days for work reasons and every day I have been very well attended to by all the staff. : Reception, Restaurant, Security, etc. Thanks!!, but especially grateful to MAZHAR who does an excellent cleaning in my room. and provides perfect service with everything I need. thank you so much. This will be the hotel I will choose to bring my family to Abu Dhabi, for sure.

While staying at this hotel, the staff was sincerely willing to help guests. For example, when I checked in late at night, the staff actively took care of whether I needed anything. The sheets, towers, etc. were changed cleanly, and necessary items such as bottled water, tea, and coffee were provided in full. Even when the microwave broke in the room, the technical staff fixed it right away, checked to see if there were any other problems, and actively resolved the problem. It was nice to be able to see the beautiful scenery around ADNEC through the window when using the treadmill in the gym, the water quality of the swimming pool was kept clean, and the safety guards were friendly. Overall, I was able to stay comfortably as the staff responded kindly during my stay.

I stayed for one night at this hotel and enjoyed it, everything was good; location, rooms, staff, parkings and check-in check-out process. I would love to come back to this hotel again when I visit Abu Dhabi next time. Thanks for everything

Excellent stay! Very, very well looked after with incredible service and hospitality. Fast acting, approachable staff who were always willing to go above and beyond to help! Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. For our business needs it was the perfect stay! Special shout out to Vincent.
