I have stayed at Cassiopeia for five weeks. Compared to many four - and five-star hotels I stayed at in Addis Ababa, I would rank Cassiopeia top on my list when it comes to comfort, most amazingly friendly staff, and the overall environment. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. If there is any issue, just call the front desk. You will be surprised by the speed they take care of things. Above everything else, their politeness is amazing. I have to express my special thanks to the manager, Alaye. He is the most humble and friendly person. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. If you prefer something else, just tell the staff at the kitchen and they will gladly get it for you. The chef is another amazing and pleasant person, and he always offers to make you omelets. And when you say yes, his face brightens with happiness. Note that there is no swimming pool or spa. However, there is a small gym on the sixth floor, with well planned machines, and I used it almost on a daily basis. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. This is about 5 minutes' drive from Bole airport. The hotel is a good sized, well equipped hotel with a nice breakfast for your day. We did need a few things from the staff like the location of a late night pharmacy and they called around and got us the information and directions we needed to help us out. That was huge! The location is amid downtown's restaurants, shops, malls, and more. Even a Burger King a block away. English speaking was perfect! The room was very well appointed with waters, amenities and a really good bathroom.

The hotel itself is a great location and very clean. What stands the most is how attentive the staff are. Everyone goes above and bey nd with a smile

Amazing stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. The rooms was always clean. The staff at the hotel was always happy and tried to help us with everything we asked for. The food at the hotel was really good. We also got suprised that the hotel had a spa. The spa was good and could be used for free in the morning.

施設に不満があり、3部屋を変えたのでサービスは良いです。エチオピアの経済は十分に良くなく、長い間荒廃していましたが、生活は非常に一般的ですが、理解できます!
